This condo helped make our stay at Amelia Island so memorable & amazing! The view of the beach from the balcony is just breathtaking. We got to catch the sunrise & relax on the patio to start the day. The beach IS the backyard and is a 2 minute walk from the front door! The decor is beachy & modern. There is a washer & dryer in the unit, so we were able to come home from vacation with no dirty clothes! This condo is a corner unit, has the best views, is very welcoming and relaxing. Thank you for sharing it with us! Some awesome memories were made!

DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT!We have rented at Surf and Racquet Club for over 10 years. This is the worst we ever had. 1. It looked like it was not cleaned. Surfaces dirty among others things. 2. Black dust on top of vent in second bedroom and dining room3. Second bath cannot run bath water - only shower. This was previously reported on a review and not repaired. 4. Towels left in dryer. 5. Shower rack came off in second bathroom. 6. In dire need of updating - old and drab.

Beautiful view of the ocean and property! Unit was well-supplied with kitchen items, linens, and beach items. Love this location on the south end of the island!

Great value and well priced. Wonderful location - close to pool and beach and downtown. Only thing we had an issue with was unit being stocked with things like beach towels, umbrella, extra blankets and trash bags. Once we reached out to the host they sent them over rather quickly but wish it would’ve been done before we got there to make things smoother. Overall was great and would definitely stay again.

Needs updating! Location was amazing. Balcony was facing the ocean and pool. Shower in Master was tiny and old. Kitchen has older refrigerator and dishwasher door was creaking. Lint draw on dryer was rusty. The window in the master was rattling. Fortunately the beds were good.

LOVE the beach - it has everything you would want for all ages, PLUS turtle nests!

Overall, we loved it! It was a quick walk to the beach, the kitchen was well equipped and the balcony had great views. A must if you love beach sunrises!

Great for family of 4

Great spot on the beach! Easy access to boardwalk. Perfect size for a family of 4. The kids loved their room.

It was great perfect view

Nice place with amazing view. Bed was super comfy. The only bad thing was the Wi-Fi didn't work.

Great, beautiful location

Unfortunately we were booked with the wrong date, but the property management team were quick to get us into a room- we did not, however, have WiFi for our weekend, which was a bit annoying sine I had to do some work. It was a lovely, clean place and we enjoyed our time together-
