Welcome to “Beach Daze”…Relax and be mesmerized by the gorgeous oceanfront views from this recently updated and freshly painted fifth floor condo while listening to the melodious sounds of waves crashing and the smell of the salt air!

Relax and enjoy the amazing upper floor views of the ocean, spacious oceanfront pool, the white sandy beaches of Fernandina Beach/Amelia Island and the fishing pier from the oceanfront balcony!

This wonderfully furnished condo features two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The oceanside master bedroom suite boasts breathtaking ocean views and hosts a comfortable king bed with luxurious linens for comfort and a mounted flat screen Smart tv with an enlarged master bathroom en suite, double vanity sinks and extra storage area.

The second bedroom has two double beds for the children or other guests. There is also a mounted flat screen Smart tv and ample storage space for your vacation items as well.

This beautiful condo boasts ocean views from the kitchen, dining, and living room! The living room is newly furnished with ample seating AND a pullout Queen sofa as well as a Smart tv for all your streaming or cable needs!

The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything needed for either a quick meal prep or a full course meal. The dining/breakfast bar area is set up with a newly furnished bar height dining table with seating for six and a bar height bench which will seat two comfortably for that casual meal after a beautiful day at the beach!

A stackable washer/dryer is located in the entryway hall for guest use which makes traveling and packing much easier!

At “Beach Daze”, we want our guests to relax and not stress about the “little things”, so we provide plush bath and beach towels, starter toiletry items of soap and shampoo/conditioner for guest use as well as basic cleaning supplies.

Whether you choose to enjoy the spectacular views of the ocean and pool area, make use of the grilling/picnic area, or play some tennis…we look forward to you making years of memories at our “Beach Daze” condo at Amelia by the Sea!

**Please note: Beginning mid-March 2025 through summer 2025 there will be exterior concrete work on the East side of the building and balconies in accordance with the Florida Milestone Inspection** Rates have been adjusted to reflect the construction.

Wonderful fall vacation!

This unit was just as described, beautiful, clean and had an awesome ocean front view of the Atlantic Ocean! Check in was easy. Had an unusual problem due to the torrential rain that happened the afternoon we checked in. Amy quickly got the property maintenance man to resolve it. We got to view the full moon rising over the waves one night. We found a handful of sharks teeth and unusual shells throughout the week. We dined at a different restaurant every night and there were countless others to try. All in all it was amazing! Thanks for a great week Amy!

Great Location!

The two bedroom/two bathroom set up was perfect for our group. Kids at one end of condo and adults on the other end of condo facing the beach. Loved all the counter space and drawers in the Master bathroom with lots of drawers in Master bedroom. Lots of kitchen cabinets. Renovated pool was nice and big. And the beach was just a few steps away. Historic district is a short drive where you’ll find an abundance of quaint shops, cool bars, and yummy restaurants.

Full ocean view

The condo was in a great location with easy access to the beach and wonderful ocean views. The building is old but well maintained and everything worked perfectly. The condo was well appointed with everything we needed for a week at the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

This condo was very clean! The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with anything you could need. The only thing we needed was more ice, as the ice machine is not functioning and there are only 4 ice trays. So make sure you bring a bag of ice! Other than that, our visit was perfect!

Nice condo, beautiful view

This two bedroom condo was very clean and had plenty of space to spread out. The large balcony had rocking chairs and a table and four chairs to sit and enjoy the beautiful views of the ocean. The king size bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied with anything you might need. Communication with the property manager was very easy, and questions were promptly answered. We would definitely rent this unit again in the future.

Excellent Getaway

Check-in is easy and contactless. Once inside, the condo is spacious and comfortable with warm colors and decor. The condo is very clean and the kitchen well stocked. Bathrooms are spotless and the master bed a dream to sleep in. Great views of the ocean and pier off the balcony with rocking chairs and a table with 4 chairs. Property security is super with keypad door entry and card reader to drive through the gate. We were comfortable and secure during our stay and hope to visit again.

Clean and cozy

Condo building is older and showing its age. Condo itself was clean and had everything we needed. One thing to note is that you can hear through bathroom wall between the bathrooms very easily. Nice long private fishing pier was being redone when we were there so it was pretty noisy on the beach with pumps and chain saws going, but portion that is done looked really nice and was still open for use. Easy check in with gated parking. Enjoyed our stay and nice home base for visiting St Augustine as well.

Excellent condo at Fernandina beach

Very nice condo with great beach access, easy parking, elevator to 5th floor, private pier, and nice patio. The balcony was spacious with good furniture. The refrigerator ice machine had issues and the oven was a little sub-par, bathroom fixtures a little dated, but overall very clean and we enjoyed it. I had no reason to contact the owner for anything, as her instructions were very clear.

Family Friendly

We had a wonderful trip to Amelia Island and this condo was perfect for our family! It has a beautiful view from the 5th floor and was great for watching the sunrise (since we have little ones who wake early!). Getting down to the beach was easy and the bathrooms by the pool were ideal for restroom breaks with toddlers. We were also so thankful for the first aid kit after our little one fell on the boardwalk and needed some bandaids. The condo was clean and Amy made it easy for checkin and checkout! We can’t wait to return!

Condo on the beach was perfect

Our rental at Amelia by the Sea was even better than we anticipated. The condo had a well stocked kitchen and it was immaculate. There were beach towels, coolers and chairs too. Fabulous beach and fishing pier provided hours of activity. Balcony overlooked the beach and ocean. Can’t wait to come back

Great Location In Warm Weather

The location of the condo is an absolute 10! The views and proximity to the beach are ideal and Amelia Island is a wonderful place to visit. The condo itself is nicely appointed and comfortable beds and furniture. However, be warned, this condo is in northern Florida and the weather is decidedly cooler than further south (Fort Daytona, Lauderdale, or Miami). We went for a family event and were prepared for the cool weather in January, but we were not prepared for how drafty the condo was. We had a couple windy and stormy days (great to watch from the balcony) and the front door and guest room windows let in air (but not moisture) like a sieve. Of course, we turned up the heat, but that only let to the main bedroom (on the ocean side) getting completely overheated whereas the other areas were barely comfortable. So, I definitely recommend visiting this condo when the weather gets warmer. It is unfortunately not a winter residence. Granted, most visitors will probably not experience too many stormy days, even during the winter months. As long it does not get too windy you should be good.

The condo was very clean and had a great view of the beach. The pool was terrific.

I would definitely stay at this condo again. It was very clean and spacious. The beach view from the balcony was terrific and it was just a few steps to the beach. The condo was centrally located near all the restaurants.
