Relax and Unwind at 302 Summerlin on the pristine white beaches directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the breathtaking sunsets and watch the dolphins from your large balcony. This beautifully decorated, two-bedroom, two-bath unit sleeps six.

The Summerlin is an intimate, quiet, and beautifully appointed 30-unit condominium that has been voted most attractive building on Okaloosa Island. The Summerlin is situated on 200 feet of snow-white beach in the middle of Okaloosa Island (Fort Walton Beach), a narrow barrier island that affords both Gulf and intercoastal waterway views. This condominium has great 'curb appeal' with lush tropical landscaping.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a newly renovated bathroom. Walk through the sliding doors that take you directly to the balcony which overlooks the sugar-white sand and shimmering emerald and turquoise waters of the Gulf. The master bedroom has a TV.

The guest bedroom has a king bed, and TV.

The fully equipped kitchen has upgraded appliances with granite counter tops.The utilityroom has full size washer and dryer.

The dining area has table and chairs for a seating of 4, and 2 bar stools.

The cozy living room has a sofa bed and two additional chairs, and TV.

Walk out of living room to the large balcony with a tables and 4 chairs.

Heated pool is beachside with restrooms.

FREE BEACH SERVICE IS PROVIDED, which includes 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. Available March 1 through October 31.

Okaloosa Island is the Gulf-front beach community of Fort Walton Beach. Located between Fort Walton Beach and Destin. Come take a stroll on our beaches, play in the surf, fish from our pier, or stroll our boardwalk with nightly entertainment, restaurants, hotels, and shops.

Okaloosa Island is a three-mile strip of beach sandwiched between federally-protected land (beaches) that will never be developed. Okaloosa Island is only six miles from Destin, but without the crowds and traffic of Destin, largely due to its limited size and a height limitation (seven stories - no high rises here).

The Summerlin condo was perfect for our family stay and Drew was a fantastic host and quickly responded to any needs we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Property is exactly as described but even better! Super clean and the host was unmatched in communication - always very fast replies and lots of info. We can't wait to stay there again!

Dats before arrival this host had sent everything we needed to get into our unit safety, and communication when asking a question was easy and quick. Upon arrival this unit was the cleanest unit We have ever stayed in on the coast. Communication with the host was amazing. As a cook this kitchen had the best cookware and most any kitchen item you ever thought you would need. We had a great relaxing family vacation and will definitely be back to this condo and host.

Beach view was beautiful. Very well equipped kitchen. The Host was quick to respond and answer any questions. We will definitely stay here in the future.

Our favorite condo with a great view!

This was our 3rd time staying in this condo. We love the view and love the location. The condo has everything you need and is very comfortable. We will definitely be back!

I don't like to complain but likely this was my last time using VRBO. The pictures did not match the actual condo. From the time we walked in I thought well the first bedroom didn't seem like it had a king size bed. Couldn't turn on the nightstand lamp, I figured out the cord was not plugged in, So I fix that. There was sand on the tile floors everywhere we stepped barefooted. There are filters in areas such as the ac vents that were dusty and rusted. The bathroom faucet filter was dirty with black stuff. The shower in the first bathroom has what appears to be a water proof tract, it is cracked where the shower doors meet with the same grime. I got some ice from the fridge ice maker for my water and the taste was nasty. I looked at that filter inside and out it hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long as well as the second bathroom sink. Yes I check these things, I'm in healthcare and have high expectations. There was a swivel chair in the living room I moved over to sit at the dinning table. Noted dust and hair under the chair. Dust under the beds. The beds themselves were terribly uncomfortable. We tried both beds, very uncomfortable. The entire condo needs a deep cleaning. This place being gulf front and the cost was not worth what was charged and pictures were deceptive.

The condo worked perfectly for us. The huge kitchen island was a huge plus when cooking in. We loved sitting on the oversized balcony with an ocean view. Bedrooms featuring 2 king beds was a plus. Plenty of storage in the master bath. The full size washer and dryer was great as well. We would definitely stay again.
