Anna, We are sad to see this review as we strive for 5 stars and want our guest to have nothing but a relaxing time. We do apologize for the internet being slow during your stay. The internet is provided by the complex, we were able to drop off a hotspot during your stay to help. We inspect our properties before each arrival. You did reach out with some cleaning concerns, we asked for photos and asked if we could have a cleaner out to touch up the area mentioned. However, you declined both. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the lock issue during your stay and want to assure you that we are actively investigating replacing the deadbolt. Regarding the elevator maintenance, please understand that it's beyond our control, as many beachfront condos are currently undergoing maintenance. If the loose bunk railing had been reported promptly, we would have swiftly addressed it. We genuinely appreciate your honest feedback, and it's invaluable to us.
