Sterling Breeze Condominium offers a 2,000 square foot beach-side pool (heated in winter), beach-side bar and grill, fire pit, beach chair and umbrella service, state-of-the-art fitness center, and a convenient sky bridge to the private, covered parking garage. We even reserved two padded beach chairs and a large beach umbrella for your beach enjoyment while staying in our condo (available March thru October - a $40 a day value). And due to the size of our complex (146 units), the beach won’t be as crowded as at larger condos nearby who have 500+ units.

Being on the 17th floor, the balcony affords breathtaking views of the white sand beach, the City Pier (longest pier in the Gulf of Mexico), and sunsets on the Gulf. The open kitchen, with its Gulf view, has granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and everything needed to whip up a full meal or a batch of frozen drinks. The dining area comfortably seats six at the table and four on barstools at the breakfast bar.

The unit includes a new washer and dryer conveniently located off the kitchen. There is also an iron and ironing board for your convenience, but who irons clothes at the beach!

Age Requirement: Tenant must be 25 years of age or older, and must occupy the rental property the entire period of the rental. Valid IDs are required as proof of age at time of booking and upon check-in.

Absolutely No smoking, no pets are allowed!

Rates do not include combined taxes of 13.5% (Florida, Bay County, and Panama City Beach).
