This beautifully updated lakefront cottage with a private dock is ready to help you and your family create memories to last a lifetime! Imagine taking a short walk out your back door to a private dock where you can fish, swim, kayak, paddleboard or hop on a private pontoon rental! Your view across the cove is undisturbed woods where cranes, hawks and bald eagles live. Watch turtles swim by and herons fish along the shoreside. At night, eat a fresh cooked supper off the brand new grill al-fresco with a lake view, then head down to the firepit and take in the stars and the breeze off of beautiful lake Murray!

This was our second time staying at this home and it was just as good as the first! Really, the second time was better! If you are looking for a great house, with a great host, who also rents a great boat, this is your place!

Great place to stay

This home met all of our needs! Had fun out on the lake with the paddle board and kayaks! We also enjoyed hanging out on the deck.

Very relaxing beautiful area with lake to kayak and fish! Warmed by fire, and easy access to WIFI for those who would like to work by lake!

The house was almost just as listed; we brought extra deck chairs but didn't need them as the furniture on the deck had been changed. They could use a new umbrella on the outside table. Kitchen was complete for our needs except we could have used more towels and dish cloths. The house was clean and neat, and we totally enjoyed our stay on Lake Murray.

Lake Murray

The place was great spacey clean and communication with the host was very simple. Spend two days on the lake in a boat very nice.

Birthday/Father's Day Weekend.

The property was wonderful. The house was clean and welcoming. It was right on the lake. We took the option of the pontoon rental for 2 days and it was one of the best getaways i have ever experienced. Karl, the property manager, was A1 and would love to rent from them again!

This was the PERFECT home for our family vacation with 3 teen boys! We fished the entire time! From the moment we stepped out onto the dock, to the days on the rented pontoon boat, to the very last hour, our boys fished. When we pulled out of the driveway they asked, can we do this next year? Coming from our family, this is the biggest compliment that you can receive! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Positives Great Lake to be onNegative the house was that room left unclean , dog hair everywhere , dog poop not picked up , yard was unmanaged weeds growing on steps, freezer dirty, broom had dog hair covering it, just disappointed , beds didn’t look fresh , in-laws said there pillows had look unclean mascara on it . All around family had felt the same way which was uncomfortable for us being we picked it . Will not be back. If want pictures I have them .
