We are nestled on a mountain top in the exclusive Sherman Oaks hills in Los Angeles city w/heavenly panoramic views of the entire Los Angeles valley from front to back. GERM-FREE - ELEVATED CLEANING STANDARDS- Palm trees surround our pool & patio area with w/multiple viewing areas- our jacuzzi sits cliff-side with sunset-inspiring views. This original family home has unique cabin-like touches w/all the modern amenities & huge chef's kitchen. The driveway fits 4 vehicles. Recreational Amenities read below.
Our goal is to provide a safe, germ-free, private environment for you and your group.
We have an elevated standard of cleaning and a germ-free envirmonment.
Don't stay in public hotels, our residence is private and germ-free.
All door knobs, surfaces, and handles are sanitized with bleach, Clorox, and hydrogen peroxide after each check-out. Our sheets and bedding are also cleaned and disinfected every single time.
Recreational Amenities - We have many cool, unique features to enjoy your stay. This is our original family home, so we have a drum set, a massage table, and, of course, the pool and jacuzzi. We have 3 HDTVs, both cable and internet TV, including the NFL channel and Redzone included.
Sleeping Areas - We have King beds in almost every room but one, and we have many sofas and a sofa bed for extra guests. One of the bedrooms is designed for extra guests and has a king bed and a "triple" bunk bed, which includes a full bed and two twin beds. Plenty of room as this house has very large bedrooms and lots of space.
AvantStay provides an upscale experience with services that elevate your stay and save time so you can enjoy every moment. Guests have access to a 24/7 support team and a tech-enabled concierge to book services, such as fridge stocking, mid-stay cleanings, and private chefs. For anything you need (or never knew you needed), we’re at your service!

**Home Truths:**
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Pool and/ or spa heat is available for an additional fee but must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
- You must be at least 21 years old to book this home.
- As with most roads in the Hollywood Hills, the access road is narrow and winding, with some drop-offs along the way. Additionally, the driveway is situated on a drop-off, so we recommend using extra caution when navigating the area.
Parking details:
There is space for 4 vehicles in the driveway.
No garage is available.
To ensure you have the best experience, we have a few house rules that we require all guests to follow, and we ask all guests to sign our Good Neighbor Policy prior to their stay. Failure to comply with our guidelines may result in fines and could lead to immediate eviction without a refund.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum, particularly outdoors, including music, conversations, and any other loud activities between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Additionally, the community you are staying in may have more restrictive rules on noise.
- The number of guests staying in the property must not exceed the maximum capacity specified in the reservation.
- Parties and events are not permitted at our properties without prior approval from AvantStay. If you wish to host an event, please reach out in advance to discuss the details.
Additionally, please note that for the safety of our guests and neighbors, a local security patrol will be monitoring the community.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
You will be asked to sign a Los Angeles Good Neighbor Policy prior to your stay.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
