As they say "location, location, location." Adjacent to St. Ann's By-the-Sea church, everything you need is a walk or bike ride away - no car needed! Colony Beach (steps away), Dock Square (restaurants, shops, galleries just over 1 mile) and the Bush compound (1 mile).
Completely rebuilt and reimagined in 2023 with a comfortable, open-feel, coastal vibe. Light-filled spaces and ocean views from nearly every room. A large, modern kitchen with stainless appliances, small appliances and utensils. A combined living/dining room plus separate den. 3 full bedrooms including one on the first floor with king beds and ample closet space. A private office just in case you need to work from home. 3 full bathrooms and a second floor laundry room. 2 car detached garage and 6 exterior parking spaces. Linens and towels provided.
Enjoy alfresco dining on the expansive front porch. Or relax in an Adirondack chair and feel the ocean breezes as you watch the yachts entering and leaving the Kennebunk River or lobstermen plying their trade. Marvel at both the sunrise and sunset views. Looking for alone time? Retreat to your sun-filled private balcony off of the primary suite with ocean views .

Thank you Eric!! This was a perfect place to enjoy the best of Kennebunkport. Walkable to beaches and town while being removed slightly from the summer crowds. Beautiful views of the ocean and sailboats going by. Highly recommend. Our family (and dog!) had a wonderful time.

House was very clean. The beds were comfortable. It was stocked with all you need for the stay. The host was very communicative and checkout was very easy. If you are planning m cheffing it at the house I would say you might want to bring some things, but we weren’t cooking a ton so it worked for us.

Very nice property…perfect for our family of six! Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was nice and kitchen was well-equipped. We enjoyed plentiful seating and outdoor balconies. Communication with owner was easy and pleasant. Would highly recommend this property.

First off, Eric the host was great communicating with us, process was very simple. Instructions were clear getting in, wifi etc... Location... could only be better if it were on the water, but the property is awesome and the view of the water are also awesome, especially from the upstairs balcony. The house is very spacious,close enough to town, 3 good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. We were 6 adults and had plenty of room. kitchen was very well equipped. We walked into town multiple times. Easy to drive around to grocery, restaurants, seafood markets etc... Would recommend highly and will probably be back.

Gorgeous Oceanview House
We had a terrific 2-week stay at this beautiful newly renovated home. This was our 5th summer and favorite house ever in KB! There is a huge sweeping deck on the first floor and a smaller deck off the master bedroom on the upper level with a great view of the ocean. Just a short walk away from numerous Kennebunkport attractions, stores, and restaurants and maybe a mile from Dock Square. The perfect spot to enjoy the tranquility of the ocean! The house is well-stocked and the homeowner and property manager were both extremely responsive about any requests we made. Not to mention the fresh cut flowers, wine and apple pie upon our arrival! We will definitely be back next year! Thanks for hosting us.
