Be our first guest at Windows Kennebunk! Your adventure begins in our second story townhome with charming views of Kennebunkport from across the Kennebunk River. Inside, our guests will find two luxury king beds and two cozy twin beds that are perfect for a restful night. The house features two bathrooms, each with a custom-tiled shower and a hair dryer for convenience. With an open-concept layout, this gorgeous home invites you to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Whether you’re enjoying the comfort of the air conditioning or fresh air on your private deck, the space is perfect for your al fresco dinner or game night.
Windows Kennebunk was built in 1985 as the restaurant, Windows on the Water, a popular spot for locals and tourists alike. Now a part of The Clam Shack family, guests who stay with us one week or longer will enjoy a "SKIP THE LINE PASS" good for use throughout your stay and one dinner on the private back deck at The Clam Shack.

We had an amazing stay at this property! It was very comfortable and clean and felt like home. The location was excellent - right in town and a close drive to the beach. Jeni was a great host - simple, easy check-in and good communication. Highly recommend!

We loved our 2 night stay here as a family of 4 with 2 small children! Right in the heart of Kennebunkport you could walk to everything that made it so convenient. Also had a great patio where we enjoyed hanging out in the evenings. Absolutely beautiful home with amazing design touches! Extremely clean and you could tell they really spent time creating the beautiful spaces within the home to make it feel high end but also homey. My kids loved the camp themed room with games! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking at staying in Kennebunkport!

The place was perfect! The love and care Jeni put into making this a wonderful rental is obvious. Her attention to detail and follow up with any questions ensured that we were comfortable and well taken care of. She even left us a welcome gift and had a handbook with things you need to know and places to go!The house is beautiful--just like in the pictures. There's everything you need. There are little nooks to sit and relax, games available for down time and a wonderful and very comfortable deck overlooking the Kennebunk River. It is spacious with more than enough space for 6 people (including kids) to feel comfortable and relaxed. One thing to note is that there are a number of stairs to climb to enter the living space. Jeni was extremely responsive about any questions we had and responded in a very timely manner. The location was ideal--right in the heart of downtown for both Kennebunk and Kennebunkport (Kennebunkport was just a short walk across the river bridge). There is reserved parking for 2 cars, but you don't always need a car because you can walk to many shops and restaurants (including the famous The Clam Shack).It was definitely luxurious. It was a great stay and I would stay here again when I'm in the area.Thank you Jeni!

This was by far the best VRBO we have ever visited. It was the perfect location, right in the heart of town. It was expertly decorated, so comfortable, spacious, and truly just lovely. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would be delighted to visit again.
