This is our chosen spot when we visit Denver, and once again, we stayed here. There are good reasons for that: nice accommodation and great location and good communication with hosts. As always, we recommend this apartment.

I had a lovely stay at this residence. The location was quiet and safe and as a person traveling alone, I felt very comfortable. The primary residents do live above the apartment so there is the normal noises that one would expect from a family. But it’s not overwhelmingly loud. Overall, I would recommend this spot.

Description is 100% accurate! Our only challenge was upon arrival because the unit was not cleaned well. Management company offered to send cleaners again, but we opted to do it ourselves.

Apartment was wonderfully decorated and very clean.Very convenient to stores and bars/restaurants and great parking.We arrived late at night and appreciated how bright the side yard was for entryVery quiet neighborhoods.

A wonderful home base

Wonderful home base for our Denver stay. Nicely appointed with a very nice bath, comfortable bed and linens, great kitchen space, and any amenity you could think of for a short-term rental.

Fabulous location, Quiet and Comfortable

Nicely appointed basement in Hilltop tree lined neighborhood. Short drive to anywhere in Denver. AC works well.

Nice accommodations

This is a basement unit with lots of space and many accommodations. Host was also very accommodating. Note, be sure to request WiFi upon arrival as cell service is intermittent in the basement areas.

Great neighborhood

This is a very cozy garden level unit in a great neighborhood close to restaurants, coffee shops, movie theaters and the Denver Botanic Gardens, if you are up for a good walk. Both the owner and the management company were very responsive and wanted us to enjoy our stay.

Wonderful stay in Central Denver neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay in this basement apartment in the Hilltop neighborhood. Walkable and bike friendly, plenty of street parking. It's walking distance to a Trader Joe's. The unit was well-supplied and comfortable. Easy check-in and check-out instructions. Would definitely consider a return visit!

Comfortable, clean, and Convenient!

While visiting family in Crest-moor/Hilltop and Cherry Creek neighborhoods in Denver, we were fortunate to find this lovely daylight basement rental for the two of us.The accommodations are perfect for a couple in every way! The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked with everything that might need, and the home is located in a safe and lovely older neighborhood. The owners have furnished this unit thoughtfully, including upscale towels and bedding, in addition to extra toothbrushes and razors if needed by the guests. We found the rental to be immaculate and very clean and well cared for.The management company communicated well and graciously from our first contact throughout our stay.Parking is readily available on the street adjacent to the home, and the rental is minutes from shopping and all amenities one might need. The neighborhood is quiet and safe enough to stroll through the tree-lined streets at any time.

We spent 30min trying to get into the apartment only to find out that the code wasn't working. We contacted Atomic Stay for a new one which arrived within minutes. We had to contact them again to find the flatware that was located in a "hidden" drawer. The apartment is roomy for two people and has as was mentioned in other comments a very comfortable bed. But the apartment felt cold, no personal touch. No coasters for putting a cup on the glas table, no napkins, no tissues and a grand total of 3 cups. There was only one kitchen towel for both hands and dishes. The cleaning crew never looked inside the stove so we knew the previous guests had eaten French fries at some point. There was no broom or mop. I dropped a glas of jam and had to clean up using a wet paper towel. That revealed that the cleaning crew did not take cleaning the floor very seriously.
