Convenient location to downtown and other areas. Not necessarily a walkable neighborhood but neighbors were nice. Street parking available but be aware that they ticket at some times.

It's a cozy little house located near a lot of food options. Hosts were very responsive. Would stay again on another visit.

We shot a student film here as well as stayed for a weekend, and it was a great experience! The entire space was very clean and everything matched the pictures. The host was so accommodating and quick to answer any questions we had as well as understand the extra people and noise added by filming. The neighborhood was safe and comfortable and it was easy to get buses to nearby areas.

Great little home located conveniently close to downtown Denver! The space itself is quaint and comfortable. The neighborhood is a little noisy - there's a small Grainger warehouse nearby, lots of car/motorcycle noise, and some sirens - but that's normal for a city. Great place for us to stay for what our needs were.

Priced accordingly. Everything inside is clean and reasonable. There are no pictures of the outside because it is a bit messy and not inviting. Also parking is on the street. Listing says there is parking available…. But it’s out on the street so hopefully there is room close by and you are decent at parallel parking. Could make loading/unloading an issue if you have more than a bag to carry. Street noise could be a concern if you plan on sleeping in. Not unhappy for the price and because the inside did not disappoint. Location/parking/outside aesthetics leave some to be desired. But again, priced accordingly.

Clean and comfortable

The property was extremely clean and it had what we needed for a 3 night stay. Very easy check in. Home is near a huge park. So green! Good size for a 1 bedroom. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were amazing, slept well!

Delightful Stay

We spent six nights at this wondrous and spacious VRBO for a recent workshop I attended. It was super clean, convenient and quiet. I highly recommend this space and place if you want a super stay in the Denver area. Shay was the best to work with and readily replied to any questions.

Comfortable

The apartment is large, sparsely but adequately furnished. The kitchen is well-supplied. The heating system is a little peculiar in that only the kitchen and living room have it. The bedroom was a bit chilly. The owner was responsive when we had questions. The neighborhood is ok - on the way up probably, but this house was one of the better cared for ones.

So glad you had a positive experience overall; we try to run a clean and efficient house. Apologies for the chilly bedroom. We do have baseboard heat as well as the room-specific heat pumps, controlled by a separate thermostat. The neighborhood is gentrifying very quickly with new builds popping up all over.

We stayed for 4 nights over Labor Day weekend. It was perfect for our annual getaway to Denver. Easy access to downtown and Red Rocks. We’ve never been in a vacation rental with such a well stocked kitchen and everything was very comfortable. We’d definitely stay again.
