This beautiful carriage house features a comfortable living area with a 55 inch smart TV with Xfinity cable stations and all streaming apps and a dedicated work space with hard wire and wireless LAN connection for easy "work from home". convenience. In the ensuite bedroom you will enjoy a sumptuous queen size bed, remote control fan w/LED lighting and a 32" HDTV for your viewing pleasure. Step into your oversized shower for a luxurious bath experience that will melt all the day's adventures away! If any items in the apartment are lost, stolen or damaged the guest will be required to pay for the replacement and repair of item. This includes a $250 charge for lost, stolen or damaged Keys/Key Fob/garage door opener. Please use the bathroom toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner) but do not take them with you! We want you to feel at home. Fee will be charged for the full replacement value of any items removed from the home. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or on the premises and will result in a $1000 fee plus any additional cleaning/restoration costs incurred. Drug use on the property is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the local authorities. Guest must notify the host 24hrs. Please notify hose in advance if you plan on checking out late, and will only be accommodated if there is availability the next morning. Failure to notify the host will result in a $100 late checkout fee. Late checkout is typically not available. Guests can park two cars in parking area, other guest must street park. Failure to follow parking guidelines may result in the towing of your car and the Host is not liable for any towing costs or damages incurred while towing occurs.
