Great location

The location is very close to downtown. It was my first time in Houston and I enjoyed my stay. I will say I was barely in my room though other then changing and showering but overall 10/10 location.

Clean, safe area, easy access

I attended a conference at the Convention center. It was an easy mile walk over and back with many restaurant options in the downtown area. Parking on the street just outside the complex was safe and convenient. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the host was a great communicator.

This property is smaller than a hotel room. When you open the door the bed is right in front of you. 1 chair, no couch. The supposed kitchen had no supplies - no paper towels or anything you need in a kitchen. The sink was the size of a bathroom sink.. No silverware or bigger utensils had to use lousy plastic utensils. We had to ask for dish soap and bowls to heat up our soup. Microwave was tiny. Refrigerator was a wine cooler not a fridge only 1 shelf and no freezer so we couldn't have ice. The bathroom was so small the toilet was practically in the tub. Parking was bad. Only 2 guest spots which were always taken. We had to walk a block to park on the street. Would never stay there again. This place is hardly big enough for 1 person let alone 2. This place was not represented accurately at all.

Great little spot, very clean. Owner was very responsive. We walked to Minute Maid Park for baseball games and ubered by at night after hanging out downtown. Restaurants and breweries in walking distance.

Perfect location for Minute Maid!

We stayed here for a concert at Minute Maid Park & it was the perfect location for us! Super close to the stadium & avoids a lot of the traffic. Very clean and well kept. We would stay here again!

Not quite what we expected

The place was wonderful super clean and nice furnishings the neighborhoods when going out to find food and a convenient store was a bit out of our comfort level, not knowing the city and where to go and not go was more than we wanted to deal with so we left a day early, again the apartment was wonderful and felt safe there just know your surroundings before going.

Diamond in the rough

I was pleasantly surprised on how easy it was to get to the freeway from this location. I was more impressed on how easy it was to drive to Minute Maid Park, and avoid a lot of the traffic. If you’re a baseball fan, this is a place to stay. It’s only perhaps 10 away from Minute Maid Park. The neighborhood is safe and the apartment was clean and comfortable and there was no dog barking for three nights we were there. If I ever go back to Houston, I will definitely try to stay here again if it’s available. The only thing I regret was not trying brothers tacos on Emancipation Road. They must’ve been very good Tacos because they had people waiting in line every morning . George

Nice spot; weird neighborhood

It was one small room but the place was nice! We were woken up by dogs barking in the morning presumably from the rest of the house. The house was secure which was a relief because the neighborhood seemed semi sketchy. Overall, enjoyed the trip!

Great Place!

Lovely place to stay in Houston. The bed and pillows are really comfortable. It was easy to find street parking. Very easy to get in and out of the room. The manager responds very very quickly and is totally helpful. We would absolutely stay there again.

04/21-04/23 - Stay for “The Eras Tour”

The property was excellent. The room was impeccable, and the amenities were amazing. The property is so close to many things to do and many places to dine. Parking is excellent and close to the property. Had trouble finding the property at first, but Kat was so helpful and friendly in helping us locate it. I appreciated toiletries being provided! Everything was amazing, and I will recommend this to anyone traveling to the area!
