Thornfield House - spectacular View & Great Dock

New to Vacation Rentals 2024! This stunning lakefront house is the whole package from spectacular views, a private dock with available boat slips, and ample parking for family and friends. 6 large bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and can sleep 26 people in beds. This house is the Total Vacation Rental Package!!!!

The house boasts a beautifully open main living area with an amazing kitchen and dining area. The saying that the kitchen is the heart of the home may seem cliche but this kitchen area is perfect for your group to gather to share stories over a meal. The lakeview living room is furnished with a sectional couch and large TV, and adjoins a spacious foyer with a skylight that opens up to the expansive back deck. There are three bedrooms on the main level. One bedroom has a queen bed, the second has a king bed and the third bedroom has a king and a queen bed. There is also a laundry room and three full bathrooms on this level.

Head upstairs where you will find another full bathroom, three more bedrooms and a great room fit for the kids with a couch, oversized beanbag chair, ping pong table and large TV. One of the bedrooms has a twin over full bunk. Another bedroom has two sets of twin bunks, two sets of twin over full bunks, and a twin trundle to accommodate 11 people. The other bedroom has 2 queen beds with a fun nook furnished with a sectional couch with pullout bed.

Go outside & relax on the massive back deck or down by the water on the lakeside patio and enjoy the amazing views of Lake of the Ozarks. Hang out all day on the private dock where you will have use of the kayaks and the water mat for tons of lake fun! You are welcome to put your boat in the 12' x 32 ' boat slip (no lift). You're sure to have a wonderful time & make lasting memories with family & friends! You can always book with confidence with Four Seasons Property Management!

Nice house, lots of space for lots of people. Only recommendation would be the house needs another refrigerator in the house or garage for large groups of people.

Had a great stay with our family. Really enjoyed the dock, large kitchen/dining areas. Driveway was spacious but make sure to come in and out at an angle or risk scraping the bottom of your vehicle.

Great Family/Group Vacation Home on LOZ

The location was perfect, the house was roomy, clean and comfortable, and the deck and dock provided outside space for gathering and fun sunrise to sunset each day. Four Seasons Property Management is very helpful and responsive both ahead of our trip and during our week on LOZ. Thank you for our great family vacation spot!

Incredible stay at Thornfield House

We had an incredible vacation at the Thornfield house! Our group of 18 was a mix of 3 families with kids ages 13-27. The house was the perfect size to fit everyone comfortably. There was so much living space for the adults and the kids to have separate areas. Most of our time was spent on the dock or in the large kitchen where we ate most of our meals as a group. The large table in the dining area and the center island provided more than enough space for everyone to sit and eat. One of the best features of the house was having 4 full bathrooms. We always struggle with having enough bathrooms. This made it so nice to always have a shower available after we came back from boating or swimming off the dock. The one suggestion I would make is adding another refrigerator, maybe in the garage or upstairs. Having the amount of people we had in our group, and we didnt even max out capacity, there just wasnt ever enough room in the refrigerator for what we needed for the week. Overall, 5! We loved every moment and memory made on this vacation

Vacation Time at Thornfield House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I took my family(8 adults and 3 young children) to stay in Thornfield House for 5 days. House was spacious and everyone had own space if they wanted quiet time. deck area large enough to accommodate all of us.Children really enjoyed bedroom with the bunk beds.Several of us like to cook and the kitchen area had all we needed to prepare meals and space for all of us to eat together. 5-8 minute drive to large grocery store and gas station.A little farther drive to restaurants but that is because of shape of the lake.Spent time every day on the dock. Splash pad, kayaks and other items were available for our use and added to our fun. We rented a pontoon boat one day and it was easy to dock at the house. I would definitely stay here again if we went back to the area.

Annual Family Vacation

Plenty of room to spread out and also when we all were together. A firepit would be a great addition, as our kids enjoy making smores. The neighbor next door was very kind and allowed us to use his.

Perfect size for our growing family!

Very clean, very spacious bedrooms, made for big families/gatherings. Loved the dock, jump platform, kayaks, and lily pad. If it would have rained, we would still have enough room inside to be comfortable!

Dockation

The house was fabulous and had enough beds and space for our families as we gathered. What really made it extra for us was the large dock with plenty of space to sit, soak up sun or be shaded, enjoy the water mat, and kayaks. Plus you can see sunrises and sunsets from the dock.

Wonderful Vacation SPot for a large group

We loved this property. We had 18 people from 6 weeks of age to 66 years old. The dock on the property is great- you could fish right in your backyard. We had a handicapped family member in a wheelchair and was able to maneuver the few stairs on to the first level and out to the doc. We hope to book again for next year!
