The property was beautiful and just steps /walk from the beach. Great location to restaurants/shops. Downside, I wasn't made aware upfront of the extra property fees or sales fees on top of the sales tax until afterwards of making payment.

The property was perfect with direct access to the beach across the street. With several kids and things to bring to the beach, the golf cart was a life saver! The community pool was big and spacious enough that even with several people it didn’t feel crowded. Each room of the house had its own bathroom with towels, also great! The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had! Our family very much enjoyed the stay and hope to stay again in future!

Awesome host!

Had an amazing stay! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly located. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made everything easy – highly recommend!

Great place to stay!

Overall, the house was everything we needed. Beach views are a bit of a stretch in the description as you can barely see the beach. Watched fireworks from the beach on the 4th which was amazing. Owners were very prompt with responding and everything went smooth! Thanks for letting us stay!

Perfect Oasis!

The home is beautiful and was perfect for my family of 6 adults and 6 kids! Everything was at easy access and walking distance and the kids enjoyed the pool that was never crowded! The managers were easy to contact and so friendly! We can’t wait to come back next year!

Fantastic experience !!

This vacation home greatly exceeded our expectations!! The beach was literally across the street. We really enjoyed the nearby community pool. lots of room to relax. The house was extremely clean and well maintained. Looking forward to our next visit to Seajoy.

Our group enjoyed the time spent there! However the online listing was not accurate in a number of areas!! The host was very responsive in trying to accommodate us during our stay!

Vacation 2024

We had such a wonderful time. It was our first time at Orange Beach, the house is in the cutest neighborhood with a short, easy walk to the beach. The golf cart came in handy as well as all the beach supplies. The house was clean, the beds comfy, plenty of towels. The kids enjoyed the pool after a long day at the beach. The owners were great to communicate with! We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at was absolutely wonderful! The hosts were extremely nice and went above and beyond to accommodate our family during a very difficult time. We had recently lost my husband's mother, and one of our children had been in the hospital. This trip was much-needed, and the kindness and support from our hosts made it truly special. The accommodations were perfect, and we can't thank them enough for their generosity and warmth. Highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comforting getaway!

The property was clean, well furnished and quiet. The private pool was a pleasant surprise. The only problem we had was we could not get the large TV in the living area to connect to the internet.

Girls’ trip

Perfect location! Everything about our stay was amazing! The house was clean and the beds were so comfy! We had an issue with the pool code, but the host was quick to respond in helping us with that! The pool that guests are allowed to use was a short walk from the house. We loved walking the brick paved streets and seeing all the other houses and unique architecture on the way to the pool. It was like being in another little world! The access to the park trails was also a plus for our walks! We will definitely be back!

Perfect Location & Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful time visiting Orange Beach. The home is conveniently located on the strip. Easy access to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Beach access is directly across the street and there is a stop light that allows for safe crossing. The house is BEAUTIFUL and very clean. The owners have provided more than enough household and beach supplies to support your stay and it was such a sweet surprise to find face masks in the bathrooms for a fun spa night. The owners were responsive in answering any questions. I’m excited to bring my family back to experience what was the perfect getaway.

Charged extra

I booked this for coworkers for a work trip. I couldn’t make it because I had Covid. My coworkers only stayed one night and then 9 days after booking I got sent another fee of $500 for “smoking” in the house. I asked the coworkers if anyone smoked inside and they told me no. The one smoker who stayed smoked outside in his vehicle which she saw on camera and I’m sure that’s why we got the charge.

Smoke smell indoors is a big negative for non-smokers. We go to great lengths to assure our property is clean and smells clean. For our guests. We have never experienced this before and we have spent far more than the cleaning fee that we charged to resolve this.
