The house is great and clean! It is perfect for a family of four! The management is great and promptly responds. The check out process is obscenely easy too!We aren’t huge beach people and didn’t love Orange Beach, liked it though, the house was definitely the highlight of our trip!Thanks so much!

great accommodation and location

everything about the place was great. accommodations were great and great location however it is on stilts so it will shake in high winds but otherwise beautiful al around.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere during our stay, very pleased! We had everything we needed during our stay just as we were at home. I would recommend this place to everyone that’s wanting a nice get away for the family! Clean and very up to date!

We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a mix of convenience, space, and relaxation. The location is great. It is close enough to the water that you can easily pop back to the house to use the bathroom or grab a fresh cooler of snacks without it feeling like a chore. Even though the house is situated between hotels on either side, it is positioned far enough away that your section of the beach stays quiet and doesn't get flooded with massive crowds. The house was spotlessly clean upon arrival. There is plenty of room for multiple people to hang out in the house at once without ever feeling cramped or like you are in each other's way. You're close to local restaurants and coffee shops when you want to venture out. Gulf State Park is very close by, which was perfect for taking a scenic walk or riding bikes when we wanted a break from the sand. Overall, this house offers the perfect balance of a private beach feel with all the conveniences of town.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

This cottage was the perfect getaway for us! It was right by the beach! I enjoyed the pool area and sitting on the balcony in the evenings. The house was clean and beautifully decorated.

We had a wonderful stay in this comfortable home. The property manager, Jeff, is VERY nice, friendly, and helpful! Highly recommend.

Great spot!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend the week in orange beach! Loved the Pool. Plenty of room for our family to spread out.

First stay in Orange Beach

Was a very nice 2 bedroom condo just steps from the beach. The location was central to the area and made access to parks, grocery store and restaurants very easy. The condo is raised so you would need tobe able to do steps, otherwise property was very nice.

Our favorite rental

We absolutely loved this place. Everything is so clean and new, beds are comfortable, kitchen is well-stocked, and the beach location is perfect. The pool is nice, too! For once, the property is actually better than what the photos show. It’s our favorite rental that we’ve ever stayed in. We will be back!

Great stay!

Beautiful property. Excatly as listed. Messaging with property management was easy and they responded very quickly. Beds very comfy. Kitchen well stocked. Shared pool was great. Proximity to sand was awesome. Great stay!

Amazing!

This was one of the best vacation rentals we have ever had. It’s brand new, super clean, and the location is fantastic! Just a very short walk to the beach and the communal pool was very nice as well. You can see the ocean from the deck on this unit. It does not directly face the water but is very close!
