GULF FRONT MASTER BEDROOM AND LIVING ROOM DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH!

NEWLY REMODELED! Beautiful 1200 sq ft 2 bedroom 2 bath gulf front 5th floor unit in the heart of Destin! The gulf front master suite has a king bed and full bath with separate shower and tub with sliding glass doors opening to the oceanfront large balcony. The second bedroom is very spacious and also has a king bed with a full bath attached. Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with televisions. The living room has a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa. This unit also has a full kitchen with all necessities for preparing meals for your family. The unit also has a new full size washer and dryer as of May 2019. We are located within walking distance to restaurants, The Track, Big Kahunas Water Park, convenience/liquor store, gift shops, etc. Please be advised that free beach service will be discontinued starting March 1, 2026 per a decision made by the HOA board of directors. Beach service will be available to rent in 2026. Personal umbrellas/canopies are not allowed on the beach.

You are required to pay the amenity fee of $15.00+tax for each person 5 years and older. This will be paid separate from the booking and must be paid directly to the HOA upon check in.

The amenity fee covers your parking passes and wristbands for the pool, hot tub, gym, and beach area.

*Early check in and late check out will be $50 IF it is available, but cannot be guaranteed.

The condo was exactly as listed! We stayed over Labor Day weekend and really enjoyed how quiet it got after the holiday! Will definitely stay again! Beautiful place and perfect location!Our son got engaged while we were there, so lots of special memories were made!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Based on our observations here is some feedback. The entire unit could use some detailed attention to the cleaning, touchup and repairs. Needs some TLC throughout. The recliner needs attention!! You can see the dirt where multiple heads have rested. Towel bar in guest bathroom falls off wall repeatedly. Shower curtain in guest bath has soap caked on it. Visible mold (or something black) around edges of bathroom ceiling vents for sure and others as well. Outdoor furniture cushions are dirty. Master shower floor visibly dirty around drain area. These weren’t issues but identified damage upon arrival. Produce drawer in fridge is cracked. Kitchen garbage can has hole in side panel. While we definitely enjoyed our stay thought you would like these things brought to your attention.

Perfect place for a vacation in Destin. Immaculate 2bdrm/2bath unit with a gorgeous view of the Gulf. Great comms with property owner. Highly recommended!
