We had an amazing time at this property! The place was spotless upon arrival and perfectly met all of our needs. The highlights for us were definitely the pool and the arcade/game room—they kept everyone entertained throughout the entire trip. The location is unbeatable, sitting incredibly close to a ton of great restaurants and shopping areas. To top it all off, the host was extremely responsive and helpful from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again!

Spring Training

My entire family from age 70 to age 12 enjoyed our time in Glendale. Great location for Spring Training. The game room was a big hit!

Excellent place to stay in Glendale

This house was an excellent choice for my family to stay in Glendale. The house is within walking distance from the Glendale stadium which made it nice for the supercross event. The house has been newly remodeled and is very well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again.

Close to Stadium

Quick stay for an NFL game, loved that it was walking distance and conveniently located! And the pool was great for the warm AZ temps. Felt like a safe neighborhood.

Great place to stay in Phoenix area!

My family was comfortable in this home during our stay. Easy check in and check out process. Host was great with communication. Kids loved the games! We loved the layout, fireplace, fresh lemons, neat lemon tree in the backyard, and overall cleanliness of the home.

Last minute booking

My daughter and I were already in the Phoenix area and wanted to extend our time. The property was perfect for us! John was very accommodating and responsive. Would stay here again.

Family Weekend

This house was perfect for what we needed. We only wish the pool was heated. The owner says they are planning to make that happen so absolutely no complaints. There was plenty of space for everyone. Comfy beds!

Excellent property and host! The grandkids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and game room. The weather was beautiful and we enjoyed our breakfasts outdoors under the gazebo. The house is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and there are many restaurants and grocery stores nearby, including some in the Westgate Entertainment Center which is just a few minutes away. We went to several of the KC Royals spring training games while in the area. Surprise Stadium is an easy 20 minute drive from the property. The grandkids are already talking about wanting to go back next spring. If that happens, this will definitely be our “home away from home” again!

Beautiful Home, Great Location

Everything was fantastic with this home! Just as described in listing, we enjoyed playing the available games and its very close to an outdoor mall with lots of entertainment and food! Only negative- with 7 people staying in the home (4 adults/3 kids) there was really no hot water, the first shower of the day was luke warm.. the sink water was the same

Great Time

This is my families second time to Phoenix for Spring training and everyone had a great time. John contacted me and told me how to check-in and later out. We liked the location and property so much we decided to stay another night, and John was accommodatingThere are several food and shopping options within a mile or two of the property. If you are there for Baseball, you're 10 min from Peoria, 12 from Camelback Ranch, and 20 from Goodyear and Surprise which was perfect for us.It was a great experience and John was a wonderful host. Thank You!

The property was clean and well-stocked. Check-in was easy. Was within walking distance to the State Farm Stadium. Pool was nice. Property manager was fast to respond to messages and even was nice enough to let us check in early. However, the house was near 86 degrees on arrival and only got under 82 degrees during the nighttime. There was no solution other than reset the Nest system which did not work. Lastly, there were only lukewarm shower temps. My son actually said cold.

Her as a hospital coordinator for 13 years and myself as a firefighter for 9 years. It’s our goal to make our guests feel comfortable and at home. We also have a dog Hank, he’s 14 years old and a distinguished gentleman.

This is an area with a ton of attractions that you can walk to. Thats something I look for when renting. We also live close by and know the spots to go in that area.

It’s remodeled and never been lived in. There’s a game room with plenty of options for all ages. There’s plenty of areas to sit and enjoy Arizona. Also, walking distance to Westgate Entertainment District.
