Amanda has stocked the house with more than is listed, and it was nice. Amanda was also quick with communication and very friendly & accommodating.

This was clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was adequate. After we figured out that some of the water faucets were "backwards " it was fantastic

Everything you need

We had such a cozy wonderful stay here, one of the first places I have ever had such pet friendly accommodations. My sweet apartment dogs had the absolute best time playing house and living it up in the back yard. We did not want to leave, we started to feel at home so we will definitely look to staying here again when visiting the area again. Not to mention the host Amanda was so prompt and attentive to our needs. Thanks a million!!

NASTY

This property was very dirty. The furniture was dirty and nasty, the beds had dirty piss stained sheets. The floors was dirty the rugs on the floors where dirty. This property looked as if it had not been cleaned in a very long time.

This place was everything we could've asked for

We stayed here for a weekend with our 2 dogs and we loved it. The dogs LOVED the backyard. It was everything we wanted in a place to stay. It was comfortable and felt like a home away from home. We will definitely try to stay here again when we go back to Phoenix!

Just what we needed!

Access to this house is easy. It is well located to get to all the places we had to go while we were there. It has a nice, large open floor plan, which was essential to our purpose for renting (cleaning out a storage unit and reorganizing for donation/trash/keep). The tile work throughout the house is pretty. We added to the "library" while we were there. The back yard was nice and big for the dogs. They also loved the long hallway for chasing balls. The only complaint would be the burrs in the backyard.

It was a very nice clean comfy feeling home

It was very quiet. Everything was clean. Furniture covers so my dog could be on the couch.I would definitely like to book again in the future.

Perfect for a small group

We stayed here with our two teenage grandsons and our dogs. It was very comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone. The backyard was very secure for our pets. The host responded quickly to all my inquiries. It was a quiet neighborhood to walk our dogs, and lots of restaurants and stores close by. The kitchen was well supplied, which was a bonus. Definitely would recommend this property.

perfect for what we needed

This was our first time staying in a VRBO. The house had plenty of room for our family and dogs. The to do's and to don'ts were clearly labeled throughout the house. It was in close distance for our purpose in Glendale. Host was available and straightforward.

Quick weekend trip

We stayed here with my in laws so that we could attend my husbands graduation. We also had our two small dogs traveling with us. The house is wonderful and the bedrooms were spacious and clean. The yard was perfect for letting our dogs run around in the mornings. There are a number of great restaurants within 10-15 minutes of the property so the location is great. We had zero issue contacting the host with any questions we had during our stay. I would definitely book this house again in the future

Cozy quiet neighborhood

Great Value and perfect for bringing my dogs.

Definitely a pet-friendly place to stay. The beds were very comfortable. House had everything we needed for our stay. location was close to shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood is older and acceptable for the price.

Great Property in Glendale!

The property is as advertised. It's in a great location in Glendale and access to shopping and restaurants are only a few minutes away. This would be a great property for two or for a family of 7 or 8 and everything in-between. The area is also very quiet which was a plus. The home is spacious inside and the back yard is a great size for bringing your furry companions. I'd definitely stay here again in the future.

Fabulous place to stay!

This was an ideal vacation rental. It is in a quiet neighborhood, but close to everything you need. The house is big with plenty of space to spread out and feel like you're at home. Everything you would need is stocked and the owners have a nice set-up of leaving some snacks/treats from person to person! We would definitely come back here if we are in the Phoenix area again.

The house qas excellent and the manager was very kind.

The house was very clean and everything was neat. My family enjoyed their stay and were very happy with their experiance. The house itself was in excellent condition.

We bought this house because it had been sitting empty for 3 years due to a fire - open to the world and looking pretty sad. Great little neighborhood. Perfect spot for visiting the Phoenix area (& family) when we retire and for others when we're not there. Loved the challenge of putting it back together and making it fun and fabulous. Such a great vibe. So much to do close by and a perfect central spot for exploring the great area that is Phoenix!

Love the arched doorways and tile floors. Kept that "vintage" mid-century feel with the kitchen. Great big rear patio & backyard. Super comfy beds. And the colors just make me smile!
