This condo was great! Everything was clean and nice. Finding the room was kind of a challenge but we figured it out. We really enjoyed our stay and this unit had everything we needed. I will mention that the resort itself often smelled really bad - like hot garbage - specifically in the lobby. Not all the time, but sometimes it would be unbearable. 1/2 of the elevators weren’t working during our stay either.

Great view. Room was very clean. Seen dolphins chasing schools of fish several times throughout our stay. Will stay here again in the future

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! The only problems we ran into were strict AC requirements and the constant amount of hair that was literally everywhere. For one, there are strict guidelines on how cold you can keep the condo. For example, there’s a note on the fridge that states you aren’t allowed to have the AC on lower than 70 degrees because if the unit freezes, you’re held responsible to fix it. Plus, on the note, it states to leave all curtains and blinds closed to keep the heat out, but this kind of defeats the purpose of getting an ocean view room. If we had known that in the beginning, we most likely would have chosen somewhere else. Then, for all the hair left, it was kinda gross. My family and I ended up finding some in both bathrooms and on the sheets and pillows in the rooms. It wasn’t just one or two either; it was a very much noticeable amount. Besides those two things, everything in the condo was really nice, and the kitchen was completely stocked with just about anything you would find at home. Fair warning, it will take some getting used to with the elevators and stairs; it was borderline a maze trying to figure it out on our first day. The pools by the parking garage were our absolute favorite! As a whole, the building itself was very nice and clean throughout the duration of our stay.

Had issue with sliding door to balcony, but maintenance quickly came to fix the problem. The internet was down on both sides…Emerald Beach and Wyndham. Wyndham was fixed first. I’m not sure if Emerald side was working when we left. I love the condo and the views! It’s my favorite place to stay!

Spacious and convienent

This two bedroom 2 bath was perfect for our family of 5. Lots of space, clean, convenient to beach. Great skybar entertainment with singers, trivia, and dj music. Loved Starbucks, the large workout facility and both pools .

On Island Time

We have been vacationing to PCB for many years now and my crew is spoiled by staying at EmeraldBeach Resort. So many on-site things for the kids and adults to stay entertained! The rooms are spacious, several pools, gift shop, and Starbucks. And can’t forget their nightly ice cream run next to the sky bar! Always a good time! See you next year!

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. With two bedrooms and the bunks, we had plenty of room for our group of 6. The space was nicely decorated and generally clean, but could use some deep cleaning in corners, around baseboards, etc. The balcony had a beautiful view. Both bathrooms were nice, but the shower head in the master bathroom is not adjustable at all, it just points straight at the wall. The elevators in the building are incredibly slow and all took turns being out of service, so we learned to give ourselves 10 extra minutes of travel time solely for the elevators. We enjoyed the included beach chairs and umbrella, but most all of the chairs were reserved for a week at a time in advance, so when we went down on Monday afternoon we were placed in the very back row, which didn't work well with small children who wanted to be in the water. The chair rental lady said people reserve them for a week early Sunday morning, so if you don't do that, you will likely be in the back (if you even get a spot at all). It would have been nice if this was communicated better by the host, but we still enjoyed our trip!

We ALWAYS stay at Emerald Beach Resort and this time if was no different than the rest - AWESOME. We love the location due to all the places to eat within walking distance. In addition, the resort is always clean and elevators are supper fast. The condo itself was spacious and clean. It was exactly as advertised and the beds were comfortable. The downside was only controlled by Mother Nature to where the ocean was calm like a lake and the water hot like bath water… causing it to possess lots of seaweed. This was a first for us in 15 years. We made the best of it! It’s PCB - closest thing to heaven.

View was great. The inly issue is that someone had folded rugs up off the elevator and my wife was packing our 2 year old and fell over them and the security staff talked to her to see if ahe was ok but no follow up. She had a cut on her leg and also my 2 year old had a cut and bruise

First, this property is very nice. The condo was great, amazing view, good beach access and 2 pools. My only complaint was it was confusing as a first time guest where the parking garage was located, what floor was best to park on to get straight to walkway. You can pull in front of hotel and unload baggage then go park. I would have appreciated more detail so I was not having to ask other guests while pulling 2 luggage carts. The other thing would have been a property map. Trying to find the second pool, Starbucks, gift shop and even beach access was confusing. I asked the valet service for a map and it was so blurry it could not be read. Lastly, is a safety concern. While we were there a man’s life was taken by a rip current. I think education in the unit and even an email beforehand of what to look for would be great. Witnessing that event and comforting his wife was traumatic and maybe education could save a life. I would rent here again for sure!!

Everything was super clean which is always top on my priority list. This was our 8th time staying at Emerald Beach and first time in this particular unit. My only issue is that the king bed is not comfortable and squeaks terribly every time you roll over. Bunks squeak really bad too and one of the living room chairs squeaks. Tip for the balcony door … the left side moves and you don’t realize when you go to shut the door and then you can’t get it to lock right and then it doesn’t close. There are sensors on the door and even though it was the tiniest bit open the air cuts off thinking the door is open. We called and they told us about the left side door … after we knew that everything with the back door and air worked perfectly.

Great condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Southern Coast Vacation Rentals was very easy to work with and responded to any questions or calls quickly and efficiently when booking and after we arrived. Check in was easily and timely. The unit was spacious and had lots of storage/closet space in the common area and bedrooms. Kitchen appliances could use to be updated but also were enough for what we needed and we cooked in the condo several nights. Beach chairs that come with the unit were a wonderful asset to the rental that we appreciated and used daily. Parking and the multiple elevator switches to get to/from the parking garage to the condo was a little strange and difficult to figure out.

The unit was smaller than the pictures appeared with the bunk beds in the entry hall way right by the front door. It also didn’t cool down very well at night. Unit was clean but the whole property was not.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
