We had such a nice stay. We loved how spacious the house was, the three nice bathrooms, and three nice bedrooms. Everything was extra clean and in a great location. It was just as advertised only better! Thank you for making our stay so perfect.

We enjoyed our July 2026 stay and appreciated several things about this home. The bathrooms and kitchen were beautifully updated, very clean, and had a fresh, modern feel. The home was also very spacious, with comfortable, good-sized bedrooms that gave everyone plenty of room to spread out.The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, which was a huge plus during a Texas July. It kept the house cool and comfortable throughout our stay.The location was another highlight. It was very convenient to our friends in Horseshoe Bay, making it easy to spend time together while still having our own place to relax.Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the comfortable accommodations and convenient location.

Property was nice and mostly comfortable. One bathroom sink was clogged, and towels in the another bathroom had soured. Everything else was wonderful, though.

Large beautiful home for group of friends

The property was great for my husband and I and our friends! All rooms had tvs, large beds, and a bathroom for each bedroom! The living room and kitchen were big and spacious, great for all of us to hang out! The location is really close to LBJ yacht club and marina!

Great pllace and will book again!

This was a great place! Loved that there were 3 bathrooms! There was 2 couples and children so it was nice to not have to share! There was a game room that the kids loved as well.

Great location. Nice and quiet and close to amenities. Very clean. Could have used chairs in bedrooms and end tables. Coffee tables would have been nice

Home was very nice. However, it is lacking some essential items like hangers, extra pillows, extra blankets, paper towel, amongst other items. The towels needed to be replaced because they are old and worn. The bedrooms had only sheer curtains, which let a lot of light in. Overall, the accommodations were nice. I would stay again if the host made the investment in better curtains and the additional bedding.

All the extra items are in the closet in the laundry room. I appreciate the feedback and the items are not lacking, just need to get the extras from the laundry room. It’s stocked with everything. I agree, it’s very nice and next to the police station !

Marble Falls visit

stayed to hang out at Hidden Falls for the day. Close to park. Everything was good for the price and what we needed. Lots of deer running around the park and house is next door to the police station (so we were safe). Played some foosball and would have used the paddle boards but it was chilly. Lots to do in hill country so I recommend this place if you need to crash with all the amenities

The place was tidy. There weren't enough towels and the showers didn't drain efficiently. We didn't have pets or children. We also had issues locking the front door.

Thank you for staying! The towels are in the closet. There are several. The showers drain normally. The instructions to lock the front door are in the arrival guide. It’s an electronic key pad and you simply hold the # button.

Nice house--poorly stocked

Home is beautiful but provided almost nothing. Advertises it sleeps 10, but provided only 8 towels, 6 washcloths, 6 dining chairs, 1 bar stool, no paper towels, no coffee. Couch was broken. Had 1 blanket per bed and no extra blankets or pillows. 3 dishwasher tablets and a broken couch.

Janice! Thank you for your stay. It does sleep 10 as advertised. There are 3 bar stools til this day, the couch was broken by the guest right before and there is a new couch now. There is extra paper towels in the closet by the laundry room where there is free detergent and much more toilet paper. I do apologize if you were unable to find the items but I am a Super Host on other sites and have over 50 5 star reviews across hosting sites. I do hope that you consider us again and would love to have you back .

Property not as advertised. Supposed to sleep 10, but only found 6 towels. Two cups in cabinet, three forks in drawer and not much else. We couldn't stay there, notified the host and left. Haven't heard back despite leaving numerous messages on the VRBO app. No help from VRBO either. Photo of jet ski at a dock, but not on the water. Interior photos don't reflect true condition of property. Overall a huge fail. Bad neighborhood that's not evident in the listing. Do some research before booking this property. Wish we had taken photos, but it was late and we were in a hurry to find a hotel where we felt we could stay for the night.

I have a 4.8 with over 55 stays on other sources of renting. My place sleeps 10, there is plenty of towels in the closet as extra along with comforters. There is a ton of dishes in the drawers. There is a dock about 1 mile from there and many guests enjoy it. You wanted to cancel after the cancellation window and that was not an option, therefore this is simply retaliation on your end for not being able to cancel.
