A wonderful place to stay and very conveniently located! Very family-friendly, plenty of room to spread out and relax. Nice that the bedrooms were located close to each other, LOVED the huge closets. The decor was very modern and chic! (A couple things could've been a bit better, the stools at the island countertop were extremely wobbly and unstable and the kitchen garbage can was broken.) Overall, we enjoyed our experience and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home. Clean. Cozy. Comfy! Couldn’t have asked for anything more. We booked it for our wedding weekends and the host was so accommodating. Answered instantly and never left me waiting. As stated it was our wedding weekend so I forgot hours past check in time to see door codes or anything and she instantly text me! Amazing host and amazing home. Thank you so very much for allowing us to stay!

Great location. Nice place and as advertised. Small things that would improve the experience. Shades in the living room which is advertised as a sleeping area. Note that arrival codes will be sent on the check in day.

Great condo in an excellent location- lots of great kitchen amenities. Perfect stay. Only suggestion, 3 outdoor chairs is inconvenient- at least one more needed and a table or side table for food/drink.

My friend & I came for Okoboji Writing Retreat for 4 days & 3 nights. Lovely space & amenities. Good beds for sleeping. Enjoyed the linens, soft & cozy - just like I like them.

A fun and relaxing getaway!

The condo was nicely decorated, clean, light and airy, bright and comfortable. The location was perfect to Arnold’s Park, walking trails and restaurants. There were lots of channels to watch on tv. Nice cookware & properly cared for. Just needed a swifter available so I could sweep up my crumbs. The beds are clean. They are too soft for me, but that is just a preference. Overall, an excellent place to stay! Safe neighborhood.

Great location and place

The condo is great. Location is awesome. Walk to beach at Arnold’s Park. Close to food and fun. Bring a hair dryer as we couldn't find one. No soap, shampoo for shower so we had to go buy. No biggie just didn’t know. You can hear the neighbors which was only an issue because of the dogs that barked constantly. I assume that was our issue and this isn’t normal. Need something for main level on windows/doors. It was wide open which was not our normal. More towels would be a plus since it can sleep more than we had and you would need to wash more frequently. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly though. Just food for thought.
