Located in the City of Bradenton, in a residential neighborhood with a mix of historic and newer homes, this area is known for its family-friendly atmosphere, parks, and community events. Bradenton's Village of the Arts is within walking distance (under a mile), featuring historic cottages with restaurants, shops, studios, and galleries. You can also enjoy the convenience of a 5-minute drive (1.5 miles) to downtown Bradenton. The Riverwalk offers picturesque views of the Manatee River, along with local eateries serving fresh seafood, and other delightful cuisine. This area of Bradenton is also known for its proximity to beautiful Gulf beaches, including Anna Maria Island beaches with sugar-white sand and crystal-clear waters (8 miles).

'The Florida Bungalow' is the newest addition to the family-owned and operated @boutiquerentals_ collection (find us on IG) and thoughtfully designed to seamlessly blend vintage charm with modern elegance. The interior features chic and comfortable furniture, creating an atmosphere that invites you to relax and unwind.

☆ Newly renovated and fully stocked kitchen with gas stove, butcher block countertops, French-door refrigerator, farm sink, full-size dishwasher, Nutri Ninja compact blender, as well as a spacious adjoining coffee bar room featuring a coffee maker, French press, iced coffee maker, microwave, and toaster oven.

☆ Newly renovated bathrooms with waterfall showers and bathtub. One bathroom is an en-suite from the primary bedroom.

☆ Full-size front-loading LG washer and dryer in separate laundry room. We also provide an iron and ironing board.

☆ Outdoor deck features outdoor shower, dining area, sofa, coffee table, gas grill, sun umbrella, and string lights.

☆ Fire pit in the yard with Adirondack chairs.

TRAVEL CRIB/PLAY YARD
We offer a travel crib/play yard (40 x 28 x 27.5 inches) with a mattress and fitted sheet for children under 36 inches in height. Please note that other bedding is not provided. Guests must request the travel crib in advance, and there is an additional $25 fee, which will be added to the rate listed at the time of booking.

Unlike hotels and 'professional host Airbnbs,' our spaces offer more character and charm, and we take pride in providing a personalized and special experience. HOUSE RULES
* Check in after 4:00 pm; check out before 11:00 am. Sometimes we can offer early check-in and/or late check-out. Inquire if you are interested.

* Please take off your outdoor shoes at the door as it will keep the house much cleaner (and it's a Swedish custom - your hosts are Swedes). Please note that our cleaners will be able to tell if shoes have been worn inside and in these cases we will use the deposit/file a claim to cover the additional cleaning costs.

* No parties or events

* Four well-behaved and house trained pets per stay are allowed under the condition that they are included in the reservation. Pets left unattended at the bungalow must be in a crate or pet carrier. Pet waste must be picked up and discarded.

* If you have a complaint about any aspect of the property, you are obligated to reach out to us immediately and it cannot wait until after checkout or addressed in a review. Upon voicing this complaint to us, you are authorizing us to come into the property and to repair, or solve the issue.

* No smoking/vaping inside or on the porch.

* The booking is only for the number of people in the reservation and only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight in the house. We do not allow additional people.

* Do not use our bungalow for any illegal activity.

* Please note that wi-fi is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for power outages and weather conditions.
