If you love to cook and bake instead of eating out, this is the kitchen for you. The outdoor seating and indoor dining areas were perfect for our party of four adults and two children. The sauna, hot tub and fire pit were excellent for winding down at the end of the day of sightseeing. Extras like washer and dryer along with Xbox, Nintendo and Ping Pong table helped entertain the kids (little and big ) while adults relaxed. The location and directions to the property were easy and located a perfect distance from places on our agenda.

The house is fun! Loved the ping pong table, the sauna, hot tub, comfortable beds and the kitchen had great supplies! We loved being able to see the aurora borealis from the deck!

Great location, spacious home and responsive host. All amenities listed were accurate and in great shape. We did not use the fireplace but made use of the sauna and hot tub in the -30F temps after hockey games for the state tournament. Close to amenities and lots of space, beautiful property.

This is a great home with plenty of comfortable space for spreading out. Very comfortable beds. Well-stocked kitchen. Great views and a great location. The host was responsive and easy to work with. We wished we could have stayed longer and plan on using the house again!

This property was an absolute delight to stay at. There was plenty of room for my family and friends and learn to play games and to watch TV together. The bedrooms were comfortable. The bathrooms were beautiful. The hot tub was so nice to enjoy and unfortunately no one took the opportunity to enjoy a sauna, but it was nice that it was there. It was also exciting to see moose in the front yard, and it was close enough to go get groceries and go to all of the places we wanted to explore. I had questions for the owners or property manager, and they were quick to respond and also to extend our stay when we needed to extend it. I would highly recommend this property if you were in the Fairbanks area.

Saw amazing northern lights! Wonderful trip. This place was great. Easy to get in to the place by a code for door and garage. Attentive host. The garage was key, as it is much more comfortable than walking through the cold air to get to your car. House was great temp, comfortable beds, towels, lots of hot water, lots of necessities, pool table, games, puzzles. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Lots of bed rooms and bathrooms. Be aware they keep the jacuzzi low on water so that it doesn't overflow and cause ice to freeze on the external sides. Make sure you ask for the internet password ahead of time as there is no info booklet. And the fire place was confusing, we couldn't get the flue open to have a sustained fire. A few small repairs needed to front screen door and small bathroom, but come here with your family and you will have a great time!

I am a father of a beautiful little 2 year old girl and a 1mo old son! My wife and I are in love with Alaska and have a few properties across it that we Airbnb! I am a contractor by trade and own a solar/HVAC company that I'm very passionate about and it comes out in the systems we put into our Airbnb, especially in frigid Alaska! We see our Airbnb's as vacation homes so we like to deck them out with creature comforts and nice furniture so it feels like our home when we visit.

You can see the entire valley from the deck which includes Fairbanks, the forest, and the Alaskan mountain range in the distance. The neighborhood is quiet with 0.75 acre lot minimums so there are no neighbors on top of you and you can enjoy the ruggedness of Alaska from the property.

My home is filled with just about every comfort amenity you could want, It's fully remodeled and done right, and all the furniture and beds are high quality and not cheap. My cleaner is impeccable and does the white glove check when cleaning the house.
