Upstairs, you`ll find the open living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom, the primary suite with its own en suite bathroom, and 2 additional bedrooms, each featuring a bunk bed. The primary suite includes two walk-in closets, a cozy sitting area, a desk, and a beautiful en suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a tri-level bunk bed with a single bed on each level, while the third bedroom features a double bed on the bottom bunk and a single bed on the top.

Downstairs, there is an additional living area, complete with a large library and games for entertainment. This level also includes two more bedrooms, the laundry room, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a desk, while the fifth bedroom offers a double bed and a cozy sitting area.

While the home is equipped with fireplaces, please note that they are for emergency use only.

There are 2 wood burning stoves located in the home. Since these are high-efficiency stoves, they are not like a standard fireplace, and can easily be damaged or cause damage to the home. Due to this reason, we ask you to please not use these stoves. They are for emergency use only. Thank you.

Travel insurance is recommended. As with any vacation, unexpected situations sometimes occur that can put a damper on even the best-planned trips. We stand by our firm by our cancelation policy and getting travel insurance is your best option for protecting your trip from the unexpected.

***For stays longer than 30 nights we do require a lease agreement, background check, copy of drivers license, and a one time insurance fee to be paid before your arrival. The one time insurance fee for stays 30-90 nights it will be an additional $750, 30-180 nights would be $1000, 30-270 nights would be $1250, and 30-364 nights would be $1500***

For reservations longer than 30 days, we charge a doubled cleaning fee due to the increased time and effort required for maintaining the property. This additional fee helps ensure the space is thoroughly cleaned after an extended stay.

No Smoking Please
-Damages will be incurred if found that there has been smoking

-All smoking must be done away from the house (in the driveway) not near any doors or windows where smoke may drift into the home

Quiet Hours are from 9pm to 8am. No more than the authorized # of guests at the house during quiet hours.

No disruptive events or parties. Airbnb guidelines state that if a guest is reported for a disruptive party or violating Airbnb`s party and events policy, they may be subject to suspension or removal from the Airbnb Platform. In addition, the host may also ask that you vacate the property and no refund will be given.

Trash Disposal:
Please note that there is no regular trash pickup service like what you may be used to or expect in other areas. If you need trash disposal during your stay:
- You may bring your trash to the nearby station.
- We can arrange collection for you, subject to availability with fee.
