HOT TUB & trailer/boat parking for up to 25 ft. with overnight docking allowed.

Visualize it this way, you can drop your boat in across the street at the public boat ramp, and store your trailer behind the property and dock your boat steps from our place with a seawall. Guests have use of the entire use of the south side of the building with a hot tub on the private back deck overlooking the canal.

Just grab your cooler and sunscreen and head out for a day on the water.

If you have additional family members check out Nautical Nook next door. It has a shared door/wall with Mariner's Landing with a dead bolt lock (which my mom and I are the only key holders), featuring two bedrooms and one bathroom, living room, kitchenette and dining room.

It’s super convenient to drop in and go!

Great location and dockage for small boat. More than enough space to put your trailer. A few great places to eat:dinner - Chophouse 285, Farlows on the Waterbreakfast - Original Word of MouthCoffe shop - DearbornProperty is big, clean and perfectly located.

The house was clean and fit our family great! Easy location to get our boat out of the water and close to restaurants. The host was very easy to get ahold of and responsive. We are looking forward to booking again next year!

Second time we have stayed here and once again, it was perfect! Heather is a fabulous hostess with such attention to the smallest details! She's thought about all the stuff you didn't and it is much appreciated. Communication is excellent and she responds very quickly to any questions we have. We love that our fur babies are welcome and being able to have our boat docked right at the property makes for a perfect way to spend our days on the water. The hot tub/spa is a nice addition to the ammenities. We love this place so much and we definitely plan continue to visit!

Place was super clean. Easy to find and get into. Host has thought of everything. King bed is super comfy. Linen and towels were very soft. The hot tub and courtyard were awesome. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The apartment was clean with new furnishings, the hostess was easy to communicate with and accommodating, we did not try hot tub. There is a nice dock for your boat room to park trailer with easy access.

Englewood Vacay 2025

Our stay was absolutely amazing!!! We are returning renters and we will continue to come back!!! The property is perfectly located! Boaters are close to sand bars, fishing, and marinas. Clean, pet friendly, and the property manager is super friendly and accommodating! It is definitely our favorite place by far!!! Can’t wait to return next summer!!!

Our stay was wonderful! Very spacious place. Literally so much room. The bedrooms are great sizes. Linens and entire home was clean. Beautiful porch outside. Interactions with the the host were all great. We would definitely return!

Absolutely LOVED this place! So many nice touches by the hostess. Fresh vase of flowers, a lovely dessert and a bottle of wine greeted us upon entering. Nicely stocked kitchen for cooking was a plus! Having our boat at the back door was awesome! We spent pretty much our entire vacation on the water all day! One of our best vacations in the nearly 20 years we've been visiting the area. We will definitely be back!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A cute tucked away spot

Overall such an awesome experience! Host was extremely helpful, nice and communicative. It is a bit tricky to find, especially in the dark/stormy weather, but the signage was helpful. The fact that they are dog friendly is incredible however if your dogs are used to going to the bathroom on grass they might have to try something new as there isn’t much grass around the property. All in all I’m definitely keeping this place in my back pocket for the future!

Thank you for your great review :) Because Mariner's Landing is directly on a salt water channel, that our experience has been that grass doesn’t do well, so we have instead opted for hardscape, which is why we have provided detailed instructions in the listing for more grassy areas within walking distance to walk our canine guests. That said, we look forward to seeing you and your pups in the near future :)

2nd time staying! You cannot find a better place to stay with your boat in Englewood. Super easy getting in and out to the Bay and Stump Pass. Perfect for 3 couples. The only negative and if you are a boater or beach lover you really won't care but there is only one shower. So worth just being able to jump on your boat and go!!!!!!!! Super clean and has everything you need to cook if need be. Plenty of parking for your truck and your trailer.

This is our second time staying at Mariner'sLanding and we will definitely be come back. Excellent location and being able to have our boat right out the back door was great! This home is well stocked with everything you need to have a relaxing, enjoyable.

My mom bought this property in the early 80's and it was her law office for 43 years.

This neighborhood is unique because the public boat ramp is directly across the street with Publix right down the strret.

This property was made for people who love the water and love to be on their boat.
