High end all new since the hurricanes that include granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, tile floors throughout the house, full size washer/ dryer, two beach bikes and a 50" Smart TV. Beautiful bathroom, all tile with a large shower. Second bedroom with a full/single bunkbed. Private patio with furniture & fire pit. Views of the beach and ocean. Just four blocks from the beautiful, Stump Pass State Park. Manasota Key is "old Florida", quaint & relaxing with lots to do minutes away on the mainland. My husband said within hours of being there “we have to come back here!” And then the day we left he said “this place has charm and great views!”The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. We will be back!

To start it off, Andy communicated with us from when we booked the room. The day before we arrived he gave us all the information on how to get into their place. When we arrived the place was clean and orderly. As it says, we were only fifty steps to the beach. Excellent hosts and exceptional place. Thanks for having us, we enjoyed it and plan on booking there again.

A really cute beach cottage that's been completely modernized with all new furnishings. We really liked the back patio which was shady all day. Would definitely stay there again.

The house was great! it is well stocked and the cleanest place we have ever stayed! The location is great! The outside seating is comfortable with nice view of the ocean.Outside shower and hose so you rinse off from the beach.Communication with Andy was great also.Very close to the beach. I will also mention the beach theme inside and out is spectacular. perfect for couples and small families. Keep up the good work Andy & Justina. hope visit again soon, D&A

Great location

The house is in a great location and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. There are several outdoor seating options and the second bedroom has a queen over twin which is great.

Cozy beach house

Great location with beautiful ocean views! Lovely back patio and outdoor shower. House was modern and decorated in good taste. Perfectly suited for our stay and we will book again!

Amazing little beach house!

We had the best experience at this little beach house! Perfect for our family and so close to the beach! Property was clean and had everything you could possibly need for a vacation! Can’t wait to stay there next summer!!!

We first came to Manasota Key to check out Stump Pass State Park and fell in love with the island. After many trips back to the island we found, Windrose, the perfect beach house for us. We have spent a good portion of our lives on the water boating and on the beach. When we are not on the island we on are on Lake Erie.

This is a unique old Florida type beach bungalow. Totally updated with all modern appliances, WIFI, Smart TV's, private patio with firepit, car port and all on the ground floor
level. NO STAIRS! Located on a dead end street with no traffic and wonderful neighbors. It's comfortable quiet and SO close to the beach.
