The first Primary suite in this condo is a true haven, featuring a luxurious King bed and a private bathroom equipped with a Jacuzzi tub and separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom also boasts a comfortable King bed and a flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. The third bedroom offers a cozy Queen bed and a flat-screen TV, ensuring comfort and entertainment for every guest. This unit comfortably accommodates up to 8 people, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.

The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals with ease. Stay connected with free WiFi available throughout the unit, keeping you in touch with the world outside, or letting you stream your favorite shows and movies.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

The room and property were great! The beach views were amazing! The only minor complaints we had was one of the two elevators was down the first couple days we were there, and the large pool wasn’t heated.

Love the view of the ocean from the balcony, pools were great, so easy to walk to the beach. Everything was great. We stayed once before & plan to return again to the Palacio!

We have stayed at this condo several times over the years and have always been pleased, so this stay was disappointing. Our AC was out for two days and no one came to check it after we requested assistance. We were also told someone would come by to prepare the condo for the storm, but no one showed up despite us waiting all day. We were then charged for missing wristbands, even though we personally counted and confirmed all eight were accounted for before leaving. The condo itself was great, but the lack of communication and follow-through from the management team was disappointing.Other than that, it was a great stay. Just a little disappointing from the hosts that caused some unwanted stress and cost me 100 for bracelets I don't have.

Family Time

Fabulous place and had a great time! Master bathroom sink, faucet needs to be fixed probably. Leaks around the seal. Also, had a lot of rain first 2 days, water pools at entrance of 1604, needs better drainage some

Perdido Vacation June 2024

The condo was exactly as advertised. Very nice, spacious, clean, comfortable, and accessible. Management company was prompt in responses and provided clear instructions as to check in , check out, and in between. Parking at condo and lot across the street of the condo can fill up by the end of night so not much extra parking at least during time we visited. Pool and pool area fantastic for families. Beach setup offered by private company on the beach is inexpensive and convenient if desired. Views of the ocean looking south and westward are good. Overall very nice experience.

Great Get away

We usually stay in Pensacola for spring break but decided to stay here for a change. This condo was very spacious, clean and perfect for us. The view is beautiful. Its a short distance from grocery, shops and food. Theres even more to explore within driving distance. I cant say enough. Bring salt and pepper or any other spices you might need. The washer and dryer are older and it took twice as long to dry clothes. We usually stay for a week and try to do some laundry up before going home. We also liked that its less crowded in that area. Family friendly. Had a great time.

This is the absolute PERFECT location to shopping, restaurants, and short walk down to the beach. We were there the first week of June and the beach wasn't too crowded at all. All of the grounds and beach were very clean. Very nice guys helping with chair rentals and there was plenty of space for our 2 canopies. Highly recommend The Jellyfish restaurant, ice cream, and shopping right across the street. The condo was clean and comfortable for 6 adults and 1 young child. The balcony was very roomy with amazing views. One thing we didn't realize when arriving: There is an overflow parking lot for the building right across the street. You can also purchase extra parking passes in the office.Overall, we LOVED this condo and its location. We would absolutely stay here again.
