Everything was wonderful. I would have liked for the air conditioner to be cooler during the day. When we returned from the beach each day, the unit was set at 76. The entire condo was super clean, very neat and the patio was AMAZING. With the gates and wristbands, security was amazing and I did not have to worry about anything. Hope to rent again in the future.

Loved this condo. My husband and I travel to this area every summer and this time my older child and my mother joined us. This is by far one of my favorite properties!! Only problems we had was the elevators being down and our microwave didn’t work but that was out of our hosts control so still give this condo a great rating. Cassandra was easy to get a hold of when we realized the microwave was out and she sent someone over

The perfect location away from spring breakers with a beautiful beach and two pools. Quiet complex near grocery stores, restaurants and the national park. We loved coffee on the balcony in the mornings and watching the sun set. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bedrooms had comfy beds and plenty of space for everyone. Thank you for a lovely week!

The rental property was as expected. We enjoyed the balcony to take in the ocean view, especially since the weather did not cooperate during our stay. The owner provided ample instructions needed during our stay, as well as good recommendations for some of their favorite places to dine and visit. We would stay again.

Perdido Key Condo

Great Offseason Stay

Everything was exactly as described and was a great place for a winter beach trip. The indoor pool was a huge bonus for our young kids.

Wonderful condo and great location

We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the condo, beach, pools and fitness facility. Great location and got to see the Blue Angels practice show.

Beach Colony Resorts in Perdido Key is a perfect location to watch the Blue Angels practice. We love to walk to Johnson Beach National Seashore for a closer view. Occasionally, they will fly right by the condo in formation at sunset. See the pictures on the website. They were taken from the beach just outside the condo. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay!

Great vacation condo

Beautiful, clean condo! We had a great time there. There was plenty of room, nice beds, and a great patio overlooking the gulf. Beautiful beach and pool also.
