Escape to the serene beauty of North Idaho with a stay in our delightful two-bedroom, two-bath condo, perfectly situated on the scenic Twin Lakes Golf Course. Whether you're drawn to adventure or relaxation, this inviting townhouse provides an ideal retreat. Enjoy breathtaking views, a round of golf, or a leisurely bike ride along the picturesque trails. The condo also features a pull-out sleeper sofa, accommodating additional guests comfortably. Experience the best of North Idaho and create lasting memories at Twin Lakes.

The Neighborhood:
Twin Lakes Village boasts an 18-hole public golf course with well-maintained fairways, fountains, and greens adjacent to lower Twin Lake. The course features challenging white sand bunkers and water hazards amidst towering fir and pine trees. Amenities include a practice range, putting greens, a practice bunker, and a full-service pro shop with equipment rentals.

Upon booking, you will receive an email with a stay agreement. Please review and sign for essential details. A 4% credit card processing fee applies in the event of a cancellation, deducted from any refund.

Great location and well-appointed home; for someone with severe allergies, it is especially nice that pets are not allowed. We love the community in general with access to the TLV pool, the golf course and a great little restaurant!

Great size for our small family. Quiet neighborhood. Apparently you can’t put business names in your review so hopefully you can figure these out. Only 17 minutes from an awesome theme park. Highly recommend the coffee shop around the corner and the Mexican restaurant in downtown rathburn.

Beautiful home, amenities and location is perfect for Silverwood, Corur De Lane and Spokane day trips! Pool, restaurant with delicious food, beach, basketball, golf… we are coming back! Just need to get a new filter in the fridge and get the ice going… but there is a little corner store to purchase ice and grocery basics, wine/beer. FIVE STAR concierge too!

The house was very clean and orderly. We had everything we needed. The bathroom, kitchen, and laundry supplies were a nice surprise.Perfect location for our needs. We enjoyed the beautiful neighborhood to walk in, as well as the close walk to the lake. Houses were very responsive and assisted with any question we had. We definitely would not hesitate to return!

Relaxing - close to Silverwood

Great rental, exactly what I was hoping for so my teenage son could drive to Scarywood and back safely. Super clean, easy check in and out. Nice area to walk and relax too.

Great Stay

We were impressed with the place. Every was very clean and fresh. The beds and couches were new and comfortable. The kitchen didn't lack anything. Great neighborhood and close to everywhere we wanted to visit.

Check - in was easy. Great communication with property management. Kitchen is equipped well. Everything you need to cook family meals. WiFi access was easy, connection with personal streaming was easy as well. Great location for access to Silverwood Theme Park. Beds were comfortable, we all slept well. We were very happy with these accommodations.

Perfect cozy quiet getaway

We wanted a space that would accommodate myself, my husband, and my father for a quick visit close to family. This location was spacious enough for us to never feel crowded, clean, bright, and had all the comforts of home we needed. We cooked, we watched movies, we rested, it was perfect. Close enough to Coeur d’Alene ( about 20 minutes beautiful drive), and grocery stores. We will definitely use this location again!

Great place to stay! Great neighborhood!

This unit is located close to another one, so be sure to double-check the door before entering. While the space isn’t huge, it’s well laid out and very comfortable. The living room, kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were all clean and nicely maintained.I really appreciated the small touches—like condiments already stocked in the kitchen and plastic bags available for leftovers or personal use. The washer and dryer worked great, and having detergent and fabric softener sheets provided was a big plus. It saved me from having to buy extra supplies.Overall, a convenient and pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend!
