Recently built private BNB. All interiors are brand new and highly upgraded, Queen Bed with upgraded Mattress. Gorgeous tile in the bath. Custom built cabinets. All new furniture and electronics. Additional Sofa bed with comfy fold out mattress in addition to the queen bed. 2 private entrances. Tom is a realtor and works from home so close by if you need anything during your stay. Also I can provide you with all kinds of local intel.
Plenty of great local restaurants for your dining pleasure.

This efficiency was very clean and a comfortable place for us. It was in a great location, centrally located to pretty much everything. It was very quiet and felt extremely safe. The host was great! He was very helpful, full of information, and tentative.

Beautiful, clean, quiet and comfortable! Hosts were ever so accommodating with setting out snacks and getting the home ready for our late night arrival. Tom’s communication was great from the start!Very close to Silverwood Theme Park, shopping and dining. We definitely would go back and highly recommend Tom’s home to others!

Our stay here was wonderful! Super clean and modern, stocked with all the essentials, host communication was excellent, beautiful property, conveniently located close to town. We will definitely be back if we are in the area again!

This was a great spot for us for an unbeatable price. Clean, comfortable, and beautiful property. Convenient location to food and grocery and Silverwood. We would definitely stay here again! Lots of thoughtful details, including cold packs in the freezer if you want to pack a lunch for the day! Just very thoughtful. The bed was very comfortable too, and that’s hard to find imo. Plus, our host was a pleasure to communicate with, very kind and genuinely hospitable.

Everything I needed was close by property. Owner was excellent to work with and answered and helped out questions that I had the room was excellent. Everything was clean and better than I expected. Beautiful place to stay.

Tom was the perfect host. He was prompt to reply and gave very clear instructions for arrival. The property, inside and out, was beautiful and well equipped for our cooking also. We would certainly stay again.

Great Location and Hosts

My family really enjoyed our stay, convenient location to Silverwood and the Coeur d'Alene area. The apartment was perfect and Tom was a great host, and we look forward to returning next summer.

We are located outside the little town of Rathdrum in a neighborhood of 5 acre lots with custom homes. nice views and quiet, even though we are rural our streets are paved. Rathdrum has all kinds of restraunts that are open. grocery, gas, a quick care and all sorts of other businesses
