Constellation House is located in a great mid town location. This one bedroom, one and a half bath condo is direct oceanfront with a large balcony. Enjoy morning sunrises while drinking your morning cup of coffee. Unit 406 is equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 color TV's and free WIFI. The bedroom has 2 double beds and there is a sleep sofa in the living room. Sorry, No Pets. Parking for one car. Sleeps 6. LINENS TO BRING: 2 set of double sheets, 1 set of queen sheets. Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 4th time at this rental and we have never had any issues. We always have a great time and the location is unbeatable.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the place was good for what we needed. The air conditioning in the living room was not totally cooling properly but it was not overly hot out. The floors could have been a little cleaner. The location was perfect and the staff was super nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only thing this place has going for itself is the location.The condo was extremely filthy upon check in. The shower curtain was beyond disgusting that we ended up replacing it. We spent the first check in day cleaning.The condo could also use some updating.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We decided to stay a second time only for the location. We had hopes it would be cleaned thoroughly after voicing our concerns last summer. The unit was not properly cleaned, we found a pair of underwear left behind and the shower curtain which we replaced last summer is still there and not in good shape. There was also no toilet paper upon arrival. We had to purchase dish soap, paper towels etc. There was nothing. The mattresses should be replaced as both have big dips in the center. This place could be a gem based on location. We were just disappointed we had to clean the unit again upon arrival.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great unit. I love that it had a washer and dryer so no laundry when getting back home. The view was beautiful and it was also a plus there was an elevator in the building for carrying up our luggage. The air conditioners were also very cooling and it had all the amenities anyone would need. The staff at check in were also very nice and helpful. I am hoping to stay here next year!! This may be our new place to stay year after year!!
