Condo in very good condition. Unfortunately weather was horrible for our stay but we still had a good time. Very reasonable rate. Host answered all questions very promptly. Beach view was as described. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful vacation staying at this condo. The pictures and description of the condo were accurate. The oceanfront view was beautiful and so was the bay view from the living room, bedroom and the "balcony" before entering the condo. The sunsets were so beautiful. The host was very quick in responding to questions, and very nice to talk to. We definitely will stay here again.

Very nice, clean condo! Great location, exactly as pictured. The twin beds were not comfortable, probably fine for kids just not adults.

Had a great time, Ron was excellent to deal with and very responsive with any questions we had. Location was great but maybe a little bit larger of a sign would be better for the property name. Pool was very clean and well maintained, with plenty of lounge chairs everywhere. Condo itself is nice as well, well kept.

Magnificent condo with great view of ocean and beach. Bayside view from fron patio too. Quiet location and the host was excellent and attentive.

Yes it was very comfortable, like I was home. The kitchen was beautiful and the shops were very close. The bed was comfortable and the washer and dryer was very convenient. I would love to visit again.

I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others if they're looking for ocean front in this part of OC. I stayed here for a long weekend with my husband. We both really enjoyed the condo's style and layout. We happened to have stormy weather during our stay and the balcony view of the ocean was great for watching the waves even on a gray day. We easily walked to the Food Lion and the Green Turtle during our stay. Always use the crosswalks just FYI.The king size bed was very comfortable to both of us for the 3 nights. My husband is more picky about beds than I am so that's a high compliment from him. The couch and swivel chair were also very comfortable for reading and lounging. For the kitchen we really only used the fridge and coffee maker. I did warm up a pot of apple cider on the colder day we were there. Everything was where you'd expect things to be and matched the description in the listing. The host was great about getting back to me very quickly about the few questions that came up. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others if they're looking for ocean front in this part of OC.
