- Kitchen amenities include stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, hot plate), plus a tea kettle with herbal teas, a coffee maker with K-cups, and a toaster oven

- Quaint back porch area for seating for 4 that overlooks a gorgeous backyard

- Private parking for two vehicles on a gravel pad in the backyard, along with additional on-street parking for extra vehicles



Guest Access:

This rental listing includes the left unit, only, on the property. There is a completely separate right unit on the property, which shares a driveway, parking pad, and backyard. Each unit has its own separate parking.



The Neighborhood:

This home sits just a short distance from one of Atlanta’s coolest neighborhoods for artists and young families, East Atlanta Village. With its many eateries and pubs, there is no shortage of things to do locally! If you're in for a quick 5 minute drive, you can access some of Atlanta's best hotspots in nearby Glenwood Park, Reynoldstown or Cabbagetown! One of Atlanta's most popular attractions, the Beltline, is easily accessible from any of these neighborhoods where you'll find beautiful street art, the iconic Krog Street Tunnel, and many eateries and attractions... not to mention, the perfect backdrop for pics/videos and an entertaining walk. We’re just a few blocks from Brownwood Park (perfect for picnics and play time). Also, just a short walk away at the corner of Ormewood Ave & Moreland is Ormewood Square which has a few delicious restaurants & shops of its own! In addition to some wonderful walkable amenities, this home and location is a quick drive to all of Atlanta’s other top neighborhoods and attractions.

Please note, we DO NOT allow for EARLY CHECK-INS or LATE CHECK-OUTS because our homes are occupied with guests back to back.
