Great location in the heart of everything and by Margaritaville Resort! Gorgeous main channel views and fun things to do! This 5000 sq ft Lakefront home sits on a bluff above the water with 180 degrees of stunning views! Has two large living areas and two large decks. Enjoy the community pool within walking distance from the house. This 6 bedroom/ 7 bathroom home has enough space for all! Sleeps 16+. Main living and dining room area with kitchen are on the main floor overlooking the beautiful lake. All the bedrooms have Ensuite bathrooms and privacy. Sit and relax on the deck while grilling and enjoying the beautiful lake views. Head down to Margaritaville and eat at Land shark, visit the indoor water park, golf, arcade, horseback, mini-putt, spa, bowl, or play some golf ! Enjoy the community pools as well! Close to everything! Make some wonderful memories here!

Perfect extended family getaway

The house was exactly as advertised! Clean, plenty of space for 9 adults and 6 kids and the view was spectacular! We had the best time together - thank you for a great experience.

Beautiful decks, great family gathering space

The lake is beautiful in October! We enjoyed the layout of the house and the way the bedrooms were created to host families. The decks and adorable neighborhood were the highlight for us! Our kids played outside throughout the weekend and we all enjoyed outselves!

The set up of the house so each couple had their own space was fantastic. Mix that with the amazing views and outside entertaining space made it a perfect fit for us.

We had a group of twenty in different age groups and everyone one of us enjoyed our stay in the property. All the beds were comfortable and had plenty of beds to sleep on. We brought an easy up for the big deck to shade the sun in the afternoon which worked out perfect for sitting on the deck watch the boaters go by. The property is perfectly located to all margertiville had to offer, golf was right near property, boat and jet ski rentals are right there as well. They always responded to all our questions and we did not need any service while staying on the home which we liked. Wonderful host and would definitely stay in this property anytime we are Osage Beach MO.

Great home for a long weekend.

Great place to stay for a large group, plenty of space for our group of 13. The view was amazing and the host was very accommodating and replied to all requests quickly. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for a low key bachelorette party!

We just wanted a nice relaxing girls weekend on the water and this place was perfect for our big group. Lots of rooms and bathrooms for everyone to space out! Communication was so quick and efficient with the host! Couldn’t recommend enough!

Bachelor party stay

Had a great time staying for my bachelor party weekend, a perfect amount of space for the 14 people we had, Beautifull view and deck area. Nice spot for some drinks and looking over the sunrise. We took one night and went to landshark. Bar which is close with a swim up bar 3 minute Uber to get there.very clean location.

Beautiful home for making family memories!!

This home is the perfect place for large groups to stay. The location and view were perfect for us, our grown kids/spouses and our grandkids to make amazing memories. A lot of spacious rooms that allowed everyone space and privacy for different sleep schedules. Will definitely consider booking this one again!!! The owner was great to work with 😊
