HGTV quality, private guest suite, country getaway with hot tub & fire pit
A nature lovers dream! Kick back and relax in this tranquil, cozy space, with picture perfect sunsets, surrounded by nature. This brand new, 3 bedroom (private entrance) basement apartment, is warm and inviting in a quiet, private setting but still close to some of the countries best crabcakes, amazing bars, restaurants and shopping. Located on Maryland's Eastern Shore, just a quick 30 minute drive to historic Annapolis and the home of the United States Naval Academy.
The space
Beautiful, brand new basement apartment with 3 bedrooms, a spa like bathroom, living room, laundry area and kitchenette. We have an air fryer, electric skillet, toaster, microwave and full refrigerator as well as utensils, dishes, and a fully stocked coffee & tea bar.

Other things to note
Just a few minutes from the house is an amazing yoga studio, a salt cave, and the most adorable coffee shop. So come have a relaxing weekend and enjoy all the tranquility the eastern shore has to offer!
The house is brand new so usually we do not get a lot of bugs inside but it may sometimes happen since we live in a very rural area surrounded by nature. Guests to use hot tub at their own risk

I hand picked this specific lot where I had my dream home and guest suite built because of the peaceful environment. Directly across the street from the front of the house is a beautiful 150 acre field where crops are grown seasonally and where you will have the opportunity to see some of the most jaw dropping sunsets day in and day out. I’m sure you will love this perfect location too!

The house was built in 2023 and is completely brand new. The guest suite was specifically built and designed to create a perfect environment with all of my guests in mind. A few unique features include a fully stocked coffee bar, hanging egg chair in the master bedroom, a makeup station, and 3 comfortable mattress (1 king, 2 queen).
