Home was very clean, and welcoming. In a good quiet area of Ocean Lakes. The golf cart was very convenient, and amenities were great. Look forward to visiting again.

Our family of 3 enjoyed our stay here! Very clean, kitchen well stocked with pans, utensils, and food storage containers. We enjoyed the porch and golf cart of course. Communication with the owners was great as well!

Wonderful Stay!

We enjoyed our week at The Nautical Nook! Such a cute home & the complimentary golf cart, beach toys & games were definitely a big hit with two young children. Mark & Tanis were on top of communicating with us about any questions we had & anything we needed during our stay! Truly a wonderful stay with wonderful host!

Cozy & Quiet

A very nice and clean cottage! Love the location and how quiet the neighborhood is! Also the complementary golf cart was perfect for getting around the camp ground. Owners were very polite and responsive!

The property was fine however both beds were absolutely terrible for the amount of time we stayed we stayed from Sunday to Saturday. It was also a pullout couch and of course no pullout couches are comfortable so we did not have good sleep or rest in this home, everything else was adequate. It would be a very good place to stay if they would invest in some decent beds to sleep on the screens on the front porch several or torn. There was one rip in one and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch, but I can see later in the summer. You may have trouble with lies. There’s just a few small maintenance things that need to be done.

I am sorry the beds were uncomfortable for you. We know mattress preferences vary from guest to guest. The mattresses are relatively new but we appreciate you sharing your experience. We appreciate you letting us know about the porch screen. That is something we hope we can get fixed this summer in between guests or in the off season. Thank you!

Weekend getaway

The Host were wonderful and very helpful. The whole process was super easy and very well organized. We were able to rent for a weekend which is super hard to find in oceanlakes during summer. We took our newborn and it was perfect, no stairs to climb. The home was clean and the perfect size for a small family! The golf cart was a wonderful addition especially with the baby.We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!!

Adorable Beach Cottage

Our family of 5 enjoyed our week here! We loved the covered screen porch, spent alot of time out there. We loved having the golf cart as well, huge bonus! Beds were a little firm for our preference, and I didn't realize there was not a washer/dryer or a dishwasher but we made do. Loved the beach theme throughout, and cottage seemed well maintained overall. I would probably not stay again just for wanting 2 bathrooms and the other appliances with our bigger family, but would highly recommend for smaller families or couples! The owners are highly responsive as well, helped us out with a request during our stay with no wait time. Thanks for a nice stay!

We had a great time here especially if you have kids! It was the perfect size nothing to big, they have containers for you to use which was perfect if you wanted to pack snacks to the beach. The golf cart was the star of the show we loved that it came with the house! If you sleep on the pull out couch I would suggest bringing a foam mattress topper for extra padding you can feel the bars. We spend a lot of time on the screened in porch it was nice and there is a fan to keep it cool. It was clean which was a plus from our stay last year at a different rental and has been taking well care of. If you plan on using the grill make sure you bring charcoal and aluminum foil. Bring extra paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags! We loved it here and plan on staying here again since we know how clean this place was. The owners were very nice! The communication was always fast and mark and tanis made everything stress free! I would also bring something to dry wet swim suits and towels. You will not be disappointed in your stay here!
