We had an excellent stay. Hosts were friendly and very accommodating. House was clean and well maintained. It was very helpful to have linen provided.

Overall a pleasant stay. The kids loved the paddle boards.Place could use a better cleaning services. Many HVAC vents and ceiling fan blades were filthy and screen on sliding patio door was torn which allowed insects in.

We are so happy that you and your family enjoyed all of the amenities our property has to offer. Thanks for bringing this to our attention as we were unaware of this during your stay. We have now addressed this with our cleaning crew. They have since been dusted and the screen has been replaced.

Dance Nationals

It’s a beautiful place, we were there for dance nationals competition. We had a bunch of moms and girls and there was still plenty of room for all of us. Lots of stuff to do, the girls had a great time with all the water activities. Teresa was amazing, if we end up that way again definitely staying here. Thanks again for opening up to us, we loved it.

Fantastic!

This house was amazing! Free use of beach chairs, water toys, etc. The host was very good at keeping in touch, even shared the weather forecast. I would highly recommend staying here. They even left some gifts for us! Very thought!

Great management

Teresa and Joe were very communicative and gave us some tips about local attractions for our stay. They also had a nice welcome package for us when we arrived. It was very thoughtful. We may be back! Thanks again.

Summer Vaca

Vacation with kids and grandkids. Check in was very easy! Teresa was very quick to respond when I texted with questions. Very spacious home right on the water/lagoon. WiFi worked great in the house, not able to connect out on patio. Washer/dryer and dishwasher on property.. Very nice property. Would definitely rent again!!

Girls Weekend Getaway at LBI!

We had the most wonderful time at this beautiful Mystic Island home near the LBI beaches. Highly recommend this home as it was very accommodating for a large group and close to stores, restaurants, and the LBI beaches. We had a fun-filled girls getaway (Bachelorette party) and this was the perfect location for our trip. The hosts were so wonderful from the start and were always able to answer any questions and/or concerns we had regarding the trip. Teresa was able to put my mind at ease as it was my first time visiting the area and the LBI beaches. She was able to give several recommendations of places to go, along with suggestions regarding parking and beach access. You can tell the hosts put a lot of care into making sure people feel welcome in the home. I was blown away by the care package for us girls when we arrived—so sweet! This was my first stay at a VRBO and it did not disappoint. I am already looking forward to my next visit back to LBI and will absolutely try to stay here again. Thank you Joe and Teresa for helping to make the weekend special for us girls!

The host was friendly and saved us in a tricky situation where another property we had booked for a stay during a wedding was cancelled with little notice. The house completely met our needs and there was plenty of space for our family members to spread out and feel comfortable. The kids loved watching the fish and a crab in the water. We did not have time for other water activities, but enjoyed our time at the property, a drive to LBI, and the wedding at LBI National.
