Great location. Excellent communication with the host. Pictures might actually understate how nice the rental is. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, spacious apartment in a great neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. There is also a nice supermarket just a few steps away. The communication with the owner was excellent before and during our stay. Highly recommended!

Such a beautiful artistic charming updated oasis located so perfectly we were able to walk to almost everything (including great groceries, restaurants, and shopping just steps away)!

Amy was great to work with and the apartment was top notch. No problems at all during our stay. The apartment is very convenient to ancient Roman sites and to the Metro. Monti is a great neighborhood for restaurants and shopping. The street is fairly high traffic, but noise was not a problem. Highly recommended!

Great location, very secure, oasis in the city

Loved the screened in porch, high ceilings, good lighting, fun elevator, everything we could need. Great spa bathtub. Fairly quiet despite being on a major street near the Colosseum.

Fantastic location sand beautifully appointed apartment

One of the best VRBOs we have stayed. Perfect location. Close to the colosseum and many major sites. The apartment was lovely and perfect for our family. The terrace was an added bonus. Amy was very helpful and always responded quickly.

Thanksgiving holiday

Perfect setting for our family holiday. Location was great and the apartment was ideal. Great kitchen for cooking in and plenty of room for the whole family. The patio was really nice for a morning coffee or evening wine and a chat. Everyone had their own space to relax too.

Rome for 6

Great apartment with lots of room in a great location near the Colloseum, the Roman Forum, and the Metro. Only negative was that the elevator was a little quirky.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in July 2024. The apartment was really clean and had everything you'll need for short or long stay. Location is very accessible from Roma Termini. Metro station is right across the street. There is a grocery store downstairs which has everything you need. July being super hot in Italy, it was great to have AC. Amy allowed us to drop our bags prior to check in and also on day of check out which was super helpful. Having an elevator in the apartment is big plus. My only suggestion would be to have an extra fan or may be two for hot summer days. Also, if possible a lock on bathroom in the hallway ;)

Beautiful apartment literally across the street from the Metro and next door to a grocery store. Apt is huge, with 3 very spacious bedrooms. It’s on the 4th floor but there is a lift that we used for our suitcases and for me and sometimes the kids. There is both a washer and a dryer that we used multiple times and there were also hair dryers in both bathrooms. There is also a Smart TV, so we were able to log into Netflix. The apartment was adequately heated, since it is winter time. The terrace looked lovely, but we never used it, since it’s wintertime. Host was a great communicator and quickly assisted us with additional information when the airline lost 2 of our bags. She left some wonderful sweets for us upon our arrival and also provides an extremely detailed booklet describing everything in the apt, as well as restaurant recommendations throughout the city. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

An Oasis with Endless Charm and Comfort

What a find! A beautiful apartment in the heart of Rome. We are a family of four with two kids aged 9 and 11, but there was so much space in this 3 bedroom I should have invited my parents to come too. The apartment is gorgeous, and right in the heart of where you need to be. Walkable to all the attractions. Loads of great restaurants and a gourmet supermarket next door. Amy is super responsive and easy to communicate with, she even introduced me to a personal walking tour guide who was amazing! We would have used the well equipped kitchen more, but there were loads of great spots to eat out at 5 minute walk away. The rooms were large and the terrace was great (even in the winter). As my daughter said as she was leaving, she wished she could stay forever!
