The condo was clean and spacious. It was a great area, easy to get to everything. The host was friendly and very helpful, check in was simple. I would rent here in the future. The deck was a great place to relax.

This condo was perfect for our family trip to Sea Isle. It was a convenient 2 minute walk to the beach and the boardwalk, there was designated parking, and the condo itself was clean and well-maintained. The host is communicative and responsive and check-in and check-out was seamless and easy. Highly recommend.

We stayed for Memorial Day weekend. Excellent location. Quick walk every where. The condo was spacious, clean and nice size for condo living. Would def recommend!!

Great location

perfect location, within walking distance to wawa, bars, beach, and restaurants, the owner had great communication and was very responsive to our needs and questions

The condo was beautiful and very clean. It looks to be newly renovated with all of the amenities that you could need. One block from the beach is extremely convenient with restaurants close-by. I was very happy with my stay.

Amazing stay

I stayed with my 4 children and parents and it was perfect. Host was very helpful if I needed anything. Place was beautiful and clean.

Excelent vacation. Everything was as expected and more. Check in was a little confusing but as soon as I contacted the host it was sorted out. Reserved parking spot was bigger than other rentals which was nice having a midsized truck. The digital door lock was a little tricky but that could be user error on my part. Beach tags were included which was a nice surprise. Past Verbo rentals in SIC did not include them. My grandkids had a blast. There was a puzzle that my grandaughter must have put together 15 times. Also had Scrabble. Close to most things walking distance. I never stayed on that side of SIC. Would definately go back again. Thank you so much Dave for hosting us.

The property was as described and we were pleased with accommodations. We found the parking on site to be awkward because we have a large vehicle, and if we could find parking on the street it was much preferred.

Off season stay

This is a beautiful updated condo with everything you could need for a nice stay. We loved the proximity to the beach as well as the shops and restaurants we love. Communication was excellent with David! We would definitely stay here again!

SIC Fishing Tournament

Stayed at the property before the high season to attend a fishing tournament. Property was clean and comfortable. Would choose to stay again.

Very clean and comfortable. Close to the beach. The elevator was so convenient especially for us, a couple in our early 60’s. Nice quiet street. Family oriented beach which was very clean and pleasant. David was very friendly and helpful. We loved it so much that we will be back next year!

Quiet vacation

We had a nice, quiet stay. Even being just a few blocks from the center of town, we couldn't here hardly any noise at night. Super easy access to the beach. Updated appliances and modern decor. David was easy to work with and quick to respond to messages.

The owner went above and beyond!

I can’t praise David enough…very caring and accommodating. It shows in how well kept his condo is. Very clean and well thought out. Our stay was perfect!

Great Experience

My wife and I loved the property and my kids didn’t want to leave! We loved every minute of it. Also, the property is located in a very walkable area of Sea Isle. We did not have to use our car all last week given that everything is within a five to ten minute walk.

Cute shore apartment

Great little condo. Newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms. Well equipped. Clean and comfortable. Two minute walk to promenade and beach. Host was friendly and responsive to questions. We would definitely return.
