A well appointed 1 bedroom condo in the middle of everything that Sea Isle has to offer. Private parking, free beach tags, eat-in kitchen with full-sized fridge, and a balcony over looking Landis Avenue are just a few perks you'll enjoy when booking a stay with us. We are walking distance to the Promenade, retail stores, restaurants and bars, and of course.. the Beach! The condo association requires occupants to be over 25 years of age. (Please note: we do NOT provide bed sheets/pillow cases, bath or beach towels.)

Perfect location on Landis. Nice to walk to many restaurants and shoppes. Even with the Ocean Drive across the street, noise was not an issue. My biggest complaint, it is a stretch, was lack of rugs to capture some of loose sand. Would definitely consider for next season.

The location is perfect. We never moved our car once we got there. It's right down town so the people watching is great! Would stay here again.

My husband and I had a great stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as listed. Easy check-in and excellent communication from the host. Great location, quick little walk to the beach, many restaurants and activities. Would definitely stay again!

Great location and easy check in process

Location was great, parking was perfect and the door has a code which made checking in and out very easy. We would definitely stay here again

28 years and older --- This condo is perfect for a young family or a couple looking to enjoy a beautiful beach town. We combine convenience and affordability. Just outside the door you can enjoy mornings breakfasts at the pancake house, long sunny days full of beach activities, and evenings spent enjoying dinner, drinks, or a walk along the Promenade. With so much to do, you won't need much more than a comfortable and clean home-base for recharging. 28 and over.
