Good location - Very Poor Sleeping Arrangement

Location was good - one block from beach and walkway - bars and restaurants within one block. Sleeping arrangements very poor - one small windowless bedroom with basically a bunk bed arrangement in it (maybe a double at most on the bottom). The other bed was a pullout couch in the living room. Also for the foreseeable future they are doing a major tear down and I assume some rebuild on the large property next door which is a basically a square block. While I was there they had cranes breaking up cement and metal sections - the whole building was shaking that I was in and I thought this building would collapse too!

The communication with the hosts was excellent. They responded quickly when we reached out. Very clean, comfortable and fantastic place to stay. The location is perfect. We will stay again.

Great stay

This is the first time time staying in this condo. The check in process was super easy and the owners were very easy to contact if need be. The location was great between walking distance to the bars and resultants made it easy to get around. It was perfect for the 4 of us to enjoy the week at the beach!

Great getaway!

A perfect little gem in the heart of Sea Isle. Small space but nicely laid out with all the amenities you could need. Its within walking distance of everything. Would absolutely stay again!

Dark and dreary

The description did not match reality. The attempt to make this old motel room into a 1b/r condo failed. The "bedroom" was so small and the bed itself was abhorant. The mattress was so uncomfortable we left feeling so achy. We brought our own linens and towels, had we relied on the pillows and blankets it would have been worse. The lights throughout were terrible. Some worked, some not. Toilet seat was disgusting. Owner was very responsive and professional, however this place is apparently geared towards kids that don't really care where they sleep. This needs an owner review and some changes.

Cute little spot right on main drive

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at 3918 Landis when we rented for a wedding we attended. Perfect for couples or a few girlfriends.

Perfect location and getaway for 2

So close to everything, and comfortable size for 2, although we coukd have added 2 more. The washer dryer, bike rack was an added bonus. We would come back again.

Cutest little spot

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It definitely fits 2 people comfortably, 3 people in there was definitely pushing it. It is in a prime location and walking distance to the beach which was the best part. Justin was very responsive and super helpful!

Great location, tight space

Location great, very close to lots of food and bars, convenience stores, short walk from lots of delicious seafood. 2 blocks from the beach, where you need beach tags (2 provided and we were 4, cost $5/day or $10/wk) though we ended up driving ~10m north to a wide relatively uncrowded beach with free parking, no tags, and an awesome giant sandbar that came n went with the tide. Chairs and table provided were awesome on the beach, we only used them the first day on the beach as we checked out before a second day on the sand. Had great meals at Bright Side Cafe across the street and Marie's in Fish Alley, highly recommend! As far as space: advertised as 1br, seems much more spacious in photos than IRL. Layout helpful to know ahead of time: enter into living space with large L shaped sofa that pulls out (couch itself much more comfortable than pull out bed, plus note in welcome sheet indicates to *not* sit at foot of bed as it will not support any weight) TV across and standalone bar in a corner. Seems like a studio converted to have semi-privacy, only beds are a full-bottom twin-top in a constructed room btwn couch and kitchen, 3 interior walls do not go all the way to the ceiling. Narrow hall btwn constructed room (on the left) and bathroom and storage closet (on the right) leads to small kitchen with pass-thru opening into the bed space (calling it "space" not "room" as there is just enough space to walk in and turn around...) Great for sleeping, hang out outside. Thanks!

Fantastic modern/chic beach condo just 1 block off the beach!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming condo. My whole family really enjoyed the space. The living room was spacious enough for the three of us to spread out and relax. The condo even had towels(we didn’t need) also paper products and hand soap. This is located right in the heart of downtown so if some noise might bother you, suggest staying a few blocks over. My kids didn’t mind the loud music from the local hot spots, but the loud drunk people can be a bit much at 3 am. Still, this place was lovely and I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend to others. Owners were very responsive and easy to work with. Would maybe suggest a topper for the mattresses, they were not very comfortable. Couch was very comfortable though! Also could use a bit more drawer space for clothing. All in all, beautiful, condo, well kept, great location to beach and activities!

Amazing experience!

Amazing week in Sea Isle City. The location was perfect and the condo was extremely clean. Justin was easy to get in touch with and answered any question I had. I definitely would stay here again!!

This is a very quaint condo located in the heart of Sea Isle City. Lots of restaurants nearby plus the Island's best deli is right next store. It may be small but it had all the amenities that anyone might need including a great wine fridge, warm personal touches and pretty much anything you would need to enjoy your stay. I loved it and would stay (and probably will) again. The owners are awesome and very responsive.

Great location

Great little condo in a fantastic location. The inside is definitely better than the outside. The inside is fully updated and clean. The outside is clean and well kept, just an older building. We came down for a girls weekend and it was the perfect place to stay! The owners are very good with communication. I would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend to anyone.
