A well appointed 1 bedroom condo in the middle of everything that Sea Isle has to offer. Private parking, free beach tags, eat-in kitchen with full-sized fridge, and a balcony over looking Landis Avenue are just a few perks you'll enjoy when booking a stay with us. We are walking distance to the Promenade, retail stores, restaurants and bars, and of course.. the Beach! The condo association requires occupants to be over 25 years of age. (Please note: we do NOT provide bed sheets/pillow cases, bath or beach towels.)

My husband and I had a great stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as listed. Easy check-in and excellent communication from the host. Great location, quick little walk to the beach, many restaurants and activities. Would definitely stay again!

Great location and easy check in process

Location was great, parking was perfect and the door has a code which made checking in and out very easy. We would definitely stay here again

The property is well decorated and eye-catching at first glance. However, guests should be aware that this condo is essentially a converted studio marketed as a “one-bedroom.” The walls separating the sleeping area from the living space do not extend to the ceiling, and there is also a large opening with blinds that was apparently once a breakfast bar. As a result, there is essentially no separation or privacy between the bedroom and the rest of the unit. The photos are taken in a way that don't disclose this information up front.This was disappointing for our family, as we specifically chose a one-bedroom so we could put our child to sleep in a separate, private bedroom. In reality, the setup was not significantly different from staying in a hotel room. While a family can make the unit work, someone booking a “one-bedroom” would reasonably expect an enclosed bedroom and a degree of privacy that this unit does not provide.The lack of sound separation is also important to note. Conversations, television, and other noise from the living area can be heard clearly from the sleeping area, and vice versa. For anyone who values a private bedroom, this is important to know.Overall, the unit is nice, but the listing should make the layout and lack of privacy much more explicit. We would have made a different choice had we understood that the “bedroom” was not fully enclosed. We are sharing this review so future guests can clearly understand what they are renting.

Great getaway!

A perfect little gem in the heart of Sea Isle. Small space but nicely laid out with all the amenities you could need. Its within walking distance of everything. Would absolutely stay again!

28 years and older --- This condo is perfect for a young family or a couple looking to enjoy a beautiful beach town. We combine convenience and affordability. Just outside the door you can enjoy mornings breakfasts at the pancake house, long sunny days full of beach activities, and evenings spent enjoying dinner, drinks, or a walk along the Promenade. With so much to do, you won't need much more than a comfortable and clean home-base for recharging. 28 and over.
