This was the perfect house for our family and 4 young grandchildren. It was an easy walk to the beach and downtown area. It was very spacious, clean and exceeded expectations. We plan to rent again next summer.

Great location and definitely enjoyed Old Orchard. Beau is very responsive and took care of us. Will definitely be back. Place has plenty of room and the jacuzzi was much needed after the half marathon. Thx again for everything Beau!

It was a great house, in a great location! We rented it because it read pet friendly, Nice big family room, great for hanging out!. It’s a short walk to downtown and the Pier, hardly takes any time at all to walk it. Lots of off street parking. The owner was easy to get a hold of and very responsive.

It was graduation weekend at UNE and we had family members traveling from North Carolina and Pennsylvania. This was the PERFECT house for a large number of people. There was so much room to gather in large groups and small groups. The back patio with the fire pit was a big hit, as well as the upper deck with the hammock. Loved working with the property owner as well. Thank you for a perfect weekend!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying on this property. Beau, the owner, checked in with us, and was very kind. The bedrooms were great and it had a deck off the master bedroom that was beautiful. Excellent location. We walked to the beach everyday.

Clean, comfortable, enough room for the entire family, great location! The owner was very responsive and stopped in to show us how to care for the hot tub. Will definitely be back!

We liked how close it was to the boardwalk and pier. Shopping and restaurants closeby. Grocery store also nearby. Hot tub was nice feature. Nice big driveway. House was roomy for a group. We liked ac in each room too.

Location Location Location

Property is within walking distance to the pier, beach and shops. Yet it is out of the traffic and the hustle. Owner was very friendly and responsive. It has a large primary suite. Excellent place to stay.

This property has the potential to be a wonderful rental. However, I believe the home is under renovation and that was not mentioned in the description. There were holes in the ceiling, and the bathroom upstairs is in need of immediate updating. As, I said, it appeared as if some renovating had been completed, but there was much left to be done. With that said, the kitchen eating area was very spacious and accommodated our large family. However, some of the pans were dented and so badly used that we would not use them to prepare meals. The freezer on the refrigerator did not work efficiently and the refrigerator water line was not connected. We were advised that there was a chest freezer in the kitchen, but, when we opened it, the odor was rancid. The living area was also large and spacious. I realize that furniture in rental properties takes a beating but much of the furniture was less than for the price of the house. One of the legs on the kitchen table appears to be broken and we were concerned the table would fall. Many of the other pieces of furniture seemed to come from yard sales. The blinds on the windows were broken and filthy. The outdoor area was lovely, although I thought that the description included a fenced in yard, which this property does not have. As, I stated, this house has great potential, and I would be interested in seeing it when the renovations are complete. The house had great parking as well.

Very nice place

This was a great place--easy walk to the beach and a very large house. The beds were large and comfy, the kitchen was great and had what we needed; we loved it! We were a small group, and did find ourselves wondering where a larger group would eat, as the table is pretty small, but this didn't bother us at all and I'm sure a larger group could figure it out. Overall we highly recommend it, and will stay there again if we make it back to Old Orchard Beach!

Good size house for 10, nicely furnished. Lots of updates since brochure issued. Walk to beach and decent provisions store. Owner resolved any issues quickly. Great vacation and family get together.

Very large house

Was The perfect house for a large family, very spacious and open inside. Very clean. Outdoor patio new to us once complete will be a huge plus for outdoor enjoyment.

Great Stay

This property very deceiving from the outside. It is very big with lots of space. We had 8 adults and one child and there was plenty of room. Great kitchen and new patios outside. Close to Lamberts Market for supplies. Very close to everything but the house across the street a real eye sore.
