Walk to the beach at Narrow River and launch the Kayak that is provided, swim or relax in the sun. The house sleeps 9 with 1 king bed and 3 twin beds on the main level. The lower level boasts 2 Full size beds and a full bathroom. There's plenty of space inside and out for everyone to relax and unwind. The house is equipped with all the essentials you need. There are multiple outdoor seating and dining areas. Enjoy the hot outdoor shower and relax at the end of the day in front of the fire pit. You'll stay comfortable with AC throughout your stay. Whether you're exploring the nearby attractions or simply enjoying quality time in and around the house, you're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. **New to VRBO- so no reviews yet but not new to being a fabulous rental property!

Pettaquamscutt Lake Shores is a Riverside neighborhood in the North end of Narragansett. You can walk to Narrow River where there is a beach area to swim, sunbathe or take out a Kayak. A Kayak is included and stored on a rack by the river. The beach is an easy 1/2 mile walk from the house. One parking pass is included if you choose to drive.

Pettaquamscutt Lake Shores is one mile from The Walgreens, Coffee Connection, Dunkin' Donuts and Roch's which is a family owned Gourmet market. Brickley's famous homemade Ice Cream shop and Fuel Coffee Shop are 2 miles away in Bonnet Shores. Narrow River is 1/2 mile walk but you can drive and park with the pass that is included. Narragansett Town Beach is 5 miles away, a 10 minute drive. Easy highway access to Jamestown and Newport.
