Amazing beach condo, close to our triathlon and very comfortable! Our hosts were very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed! The view of the ocean was so beautiful and we were able to open the sliding door to let the cool ocean breeze in, plus it had a nice patio! Overall great beach getaway!

Upon check in to the property, my host was available to check in via phone. It would have been very helpful, however, if there was a notebook with instructions inside the property for the television sets, with the WIFI information, etc. The property was clean. Great ocean view and location. The community was definitely family friendly especially if you had children.

Good:Loved the beach, the view, the location.In-apartment laundry helped a lot.Well stocked.Observations (pun not actually intended):2nd bedroom has glass walls with curtains.No door separates main bedroom from 'hidden' bathroom/toilet.

Great location and an amazing view of the ocean. Plenty of space for 4-6 to be comfortable and having access to the garage was a huge perk. Plenty of food options nearby and a lot of activities.

We ended up getting this property at the last minute because our condo, which we rented a year ago, flooded. We appreciated the last-minute rental, and the host did a great job getting us in. The condo was in a prime location, and everything worked out well. The only issue was that the microwave did not work. Also, FYI, when someone was grilling downstairs, smoke came into our condo and set off the fire alarms! Please make sure the doors are closed, because it was pretty loud and smoky in the condo for a while. Interestingly, the stairwell is locked, so if there really were a fire, I'm not sure how you would exit the building besides the elevator. Other than those little things, the place was well stocked and lovely.

This was a great apartment and location. I was slightly confused and didn’t realize the fenced yard was a shared space but it ended up ok with only 1 issue with another guesting having a party all day on our last day in the yard.

The view of the ocean was spectacular. The unit was spacious enough to accommodate 4 adults easily. The secured parking inside a garage was priceless. The elevator inside the building was awesome, no need to drag heavy luggage up the stairs to the unit. I would stay here again.

Location was great! Best views of the ocean and the promenade. Short walk to Belmont pier, local coffee and right across the street from the beach. Our rental car was longer than the garage accommodated. We had no problem finding street parking. Enjoyed having slower mornings fixing meals in the room and then hit the road for our daily adventures. Laundry facilities within the unit were helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful condo. Comfy beds, great views, included garage is great bc parking in the area is hard to come by. Almost everything was under a 30 min commute and lots of stuff to do and eat within walking distance.My kid said the pullout was best vacation bed he ever has as he got to wake up to the ocean everydayBeach had lifeguards who will warn you about the tides which is also helpful! Surfing lesson beachside are cool to watch in the am while sipping coffee!

Beautiful, clean, with an extraordinary view and affordable price. Unexpectedly, they have a steam shower in the master bedroom, which made the stay absolutely wonderful. The amenities are more than expected for most properties. Definitely visiting again!

We loved this property! We've rented in this same building in the past & love returning. The location is fantastic. Clean unit, well appointed, well equipped including beach chairs, canopy, etc. Will definately return.
