Great location. Good value.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if back in the area. The interior of the unit was as expected based on pictures. It had everything that we needed. The exterior is tired appearing, like most of the homes that are exposed to the beach and the salt. The host was really responsive.

Location, location, location

The location was fantastic. And we enjoyed our time with our friends. The view was incredible. It is so close to everything. But the description of the beds and rooms was unclear and not what we expected. The "king" bed is not really a king in the second bedroom. And it is looking a bit run down inside. The one thing that was quite bothersome was all the fragranced products used on all the bedding. It was overwhelming. I ended up with very puffy eyes and headaches even though I used my own pillowcase and towel.

It was humiliating to stay at this condo! The pictures are not accurate. Living room furniture not the same & is worn & stained, walls are up where there was none in photo. Notified owner of broken chair leg & burned out light in bathroom but nothing done. Entire condo need desperately updating.

Amazing ocean view

This condo has the most stunning ocean view; nearly the entire wall facing the ocean is windows. Full ocean view from the kitchen as well. Two very large bedrooms and two large, spa-like bathrooms. A big bonus was the two parking spaces inside the garage... each with plenty of room for an SUV, not cramped at all! We'll be back!

Great Stay!

Had a great vacation with our 3-year-old. Location and view can't be beat. Plenty of house amenities including beach chairs and toys. Garage parking made getting in and out easy. Owner was very communicative. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing Location

Our family had an amazing time. Location is perfect for families with kids of any age. Instant access to the beach and boardwalk and Belmont Park is steps away. Host I’m was great, very communicative and quick to respond! We will be back for sure!!!!

Great Location

Great location on the beach, close to great restaurants and shops, the layout was a little different than the pictures but still comfortable for our family of 6! property manager was also very helpful and responsive.

Perfect location. Only negative was the sun wasn’t out as much as we would like and no “on the ocean” sunset😔. Other than that, we had a great time. The spot was perfect for the 4 of us!!!

Beautiful and convenient!

Very nice condo with an outstanding view of the ocean. It was nice to have some basic supplies available and Jim was very accommodating and communicative. The condo is very close to wonderful restaurants and beach bars. We look forward to returning. Thank you!

Great place to stay in Mission Beach

The place and location were amazing! Great place and location. You can't beat the view. It's also a plus to have garage parking located under the unit. The owner was quick to answer and very helpful with recommendations. I highly recommend!

Had a great time with our adult children at Jim"s place. Pictures accurately represented the premises. Check in and out was easy, and Jim was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Very close to restaurants and attractions. Would not hesitate to stay again. Thanks, Jim!

FANTASTIC OCEAN VIEW

Easy access to beach, Belmont Park, restaurants, shops, etc. Beach view from the apartment was extremely relaxing. Private parking was okay, but don’t bring big vehicles. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend.

AMAZING!!

This property is the perfect location for the Belmont Park/Mission Beach area. We were able to walk to many places to eat and the beach was right in front of our door. My 91 year old MIL sat at the windows and watched people walk along the boardwalk all day long. She loved it. We will definitely stay here again. The only downside was that we seem to have come a little early to get any sun. in 10 days we had 1 day of sun at the beach. Coming from Phoenix and 110 degrees, it was great to have 65 every day! Thank you Jim for everything!

Fantastic Property

We couldn’t be happier with our experience! This property is everything it is described to be and a little more! We were close to everything, enjoyed the beachfront, and could walk to restaurants and shops. The owner stayed in touch with us throughout our stay just to check in and see if we needed anything! Highly recommend this beautiful property for your San Diego get away! We will be back!

Wonderful home and perfect location!!

Jim was an absolutely amazing host. He provided tons of awesome information and was always available to answer any questions we had. The house was perfect and we could not have asked for a better view. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend this property; you will not be disappointed!!

Family get away to visit our college freshman!

What a wonderful spacious condo! We had two seniors, two mid age and two 18-20 year olds in our party! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out! Walk out the front gate and 15 ft across the boardwalk to the sand!!!! It was perfect! Thank you Jim!

Great Beach House

The house was clean upon arrival, it’s spacious, and you cannot beat the view. The house had everything my family needed for our week long stay. The linens on the beds were soft and great quality. The bathrooms are spacious and upgraded. Absolute perfect location. Right on the beech, a few minute walk to Belmont, the beach shops, and a short drive to SeaWorld and other amusement/tourist attractions. Highly recommend this location. We would stay here again! Tip: If you look out the window in the morning while enjoying your coffee you will more than likely spot dolphins close to shore!

This is the location you want!

Right on the beach! You get two parking spots in the garage. Such a great location. Owner is easy to communicate with and responds quickly. House was clean and everything was in working order. Plenty of beds which is a major bonus in this area. Amazing view. There is a built in speaker system that goes throughout the house and the when I was there it had everything you need for the beach. Great location, well equiped and well managed. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

The best part about this property is the location -- right on the beach and close to all that San-Diego has to offer. Communication with the owner was excellent and prompt. Very quick to respond and easy to work with. The property itself is starting to show its age (might be true for beach properties in general) but overall the condo was well equipped and met all our needs. The bathrooms were well appointed. The sleeping arrangement, with a murphy bed in the family room and a day bed in the small 2nd room, though entirely adequate for our family of 4, can prove to be a challenge for a bigger family or for 6 people as is listed.

GREAT LOCATION

I brought my husband to the beach for a few days to celebrate his birthday. The location couldn't have been better. We didn't even need our car because we could walk to everything we needed. Beautiful views of the sunset from our place. Jim was great to work with. I wanted to book a place for 4 nights but had a budget and Jim worked with me so I could stay within my budget. He was quick to respond to any questions I had and a pleasure to work with!
