Enjoyed our stay! Cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Check in and check out instructions were nicely communicated. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful cabin on top of mountain with a beautiful view of the woods and mountain peaks, great sunset and sunrise.The last 100 yards is gravel and fairly steep. Overall enjoyed our stay, and we'll be back. We did not get to use hot tub, but it looked very nice. Kitchen was well stocked. I have never seen so many spices in one place in my life.

We had an enjoyable stay. The views are beautiful and quite peaceful. The home is located near the top of the mountain which adds to the serine and private feeling you get from the home. The host is a very good communicator. His instructions and responses were timely and accurate. The home was clean and stocked.

Had a great two week stay in a peaceful mountain top setting with stunning views of the Smoky Mountains. The host communicated frequently and effectively. We loved the fire pit, large back porch and enjoyed the hot tub for beautiful sunsets. Many activities available in the area just a short drive away.

Everything was perfect and really clean! They provide almost everything you would need to stay there! If we ever come back to Maggie Valley, we will keep this place in mind for sure!

The stay was lovely. Host was very quick to respond and went above and beyond. The hot tub was bigger than we thought and the kids loved it. The coffee bar was a nice addition and we loved that they had plenty of seasonings on hand for cooking. A great stay overall.

The house was very nice, and big. Plenty of places to sleep. I loved the enclosed porch and the hot tub. It was exciting driving up the mountain to the house. We went to Dave's Wheels of Time museum and just luckily were there when the Kyle Petty Ride for Victory Junction came by! So many Harleys.

Great place for a family get away

Beautiful home with amazing views. Clean and had all the amenities needed for a great stay. Host was great and very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was outstanding! From the moment we booked our stay until we left! The communication was above and beyond anything we have ever experienced before!!! The home was so beautiful and very comfortable! I highly recommend! If I could rate 10 stars I would! We cannot wait to book again!

Perfect family mountain getaway

Just the right size for our family of 6. Recommend all wheel/4-wheel drive. Everything necessary for a comfortable stay included.

Hot tub was awesome. Weather wasn't in our favor and we couldn't go hiking or use the fire pit, etc. but that's just Mother Nature. :(

Anniversary weekend

This cabin was everything we needed for a perfect anniversary getaway weekend. The hot tub was amazing, especially the twinkle lights above it. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, including an amazing coffee bar. The house was extremely clean and well taken care of, and the little extra touches throughout made it a perfect getaway cabin. The cabin was perfect for a couple, but would also be great for a family and we’re already planning a trip back as soon as we can!

Beautiful home and perfect location

We love coming up to Maggie Valley and typically choose a house elevated to enjoy peace and quiet. This was our first time at Must Behaven and it was perfect! Spacious and VERY clean with beautiful views and the fire pit and hot tub are great amenities. This home has moved to the top of our list and Darin is great to work with 🙏💯

Exceptional Host Communication During Unexpected Weather

While we unfortunately weren't able to stay at Must BeHaven due to an unprecedented snowstorm (10-12 inches) that made the mountain road inaccessible, I want to highlight how wonderfully Darin and Edina handled this situation. They were proactive in warning us about the incoming storm the day before our arrival, and when we found ourselves unable to safely reach the property (the final 0.8 miles had no tracks and would have required a 40-minute uphill walk in deep snow), they were incredibly understanding and responsive.Despite having already checked in, they processed a full refund immediately without any hesitation. Their communication throughout was stellar - from the initial booking process to payment arrangements, and especially during the weather crisis. They checked in on our safety and showed genuine concern for our well-being.While we're disappointed we couldn't experience the cabin itself, the hosts' professional and compassionate handling of this situation showed their true commitment to guest satisfaction and safety. We look forward to booking with them again during warmer months when we can properly enjoy what looks to be a beautiful property. If their handling of this difficult situation is any indication, I'm confident they're exceptional hosts during normal circumstances as well.
