Enjoy the Creek & Waterfall, hot tub in our 2 bed/2 bath cabin. Easy access

You have found the place for that great quite getaway. Sit on the front porch and watch the cows cross the mountain. See the horseback riders come by. You can sit on the deck out back and listen to the waterfall while enjoying the hot tub. The backyard is a great place for reading, cooking out on the charcoal grill, viewing the wildlife and just relaxing. You have all the solitude of being away, but, are conveniently located to town.

You are located 15 minutes outside of Maggie Valley in the Fines Creek community. You are 20 minutes to Waynesville and 30-40 minutes to Asheville.

You are 15 minutes from Maggie Valley in the little farming community of "Fines Creek" on Max Patch Rd., Clyde.

This is where you will unwind, enjoy, and not want to go home. You will not find another home that has this much peace and tranquility.

Pets allowed with prior approval - DOGS ONLY (35-40 lbs) limit 2

Can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children

THERE IS A 3 NIGHT MINIMUM.

Great price. We didn't realize how far it was to everything we wanted to do. But if you planning on doing all the cooking and just hang out, its great. Our plan was to do some fishing in Cherokee and it was an hour away. Nice place though.

Thank you! Yes, we are on the opposite end of Maggie Valley (15 minutes away) from the Cherokee side. There are some great restaurants a few miles from the cabin we love too. But we enjoy cooking our meals and sitting on the back deck listening to the creek.

Cabin was very nice and clean. Host was very nice and great communication. Nothing to complain about. Did not use due to the weather but has a hot tub and grill. The creek was nice. There is everything you need in the kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, be aware that Google maps doesn't know it sits on the old road, cool stream along the side, hot tub was nice, kitchen is well equipped, just check to see what you need before heading to the store, beds were firm but okay for a vacation

Thank you! We love the stream and hot tub, as well as opening the windows and enjoying the very cool evenings and listening to the creek. We never use the A/C, as it is so cool there. My husband has a bad back, so he likes a little firmer bed.

Loved the stay. Cabin was exactly what we needed for our stay. Loved the little creek and waterfall behind the house. Hot tub was very nice after walking and exploring all day. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We loved being able to hear the water it was very peaceful. My husband & son enjoyed the hot tub. We had to take up the beautiful rugs in master bedroom , due to they would slip very easy.The one at the front door would slid also . Could make you fall, something needed to help them not slid. The oven needed cleaning & the toaster oven need cleaning. The rest was very good. Handicap bar would be good to help step out of master bathroom shower. It was a nice place just needs a little touch up. Very nice country home.

This cabin was absolutely perfect for what we were wanting. Very clean and comfortable environment. We had enjoyed sitting and watching the “waterfall” in the evenings while enjoying our coffee. We even got in the creek and had the most fun wading around and just relaxing. We had a little trouble the first night with the hot tub breaker, but Kathy responded immediately when I messaged her, and as promised had the service man come out first thing in the morning and had it fixed before we got back from exploring the area. Our family would definitely stay here again.

Extended Weekend Getaway

It was so peaceful and relaxing! Great location between Maggie Valley and Waynesville while being far enough way to enjoy breathtaking scenery and peace! Will be staying again!

This has been such a fun retirement project for my husband. This is a 1938 farm house that he has totally renovated. The home has a great history. He has gone in and remodeled and/or restored everything. All furnishings/appliances/fixtures are new. We love the Maggie Valley/Waynesville area where we have two larger homes that we built for our children and our 5 grandchildren to enjoy. We have made many great memories and hope to make many more. My grandparents always brought me here when I was a child and I want to have those same memories for my grandchildren. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do.

We could have not asked for a more suitable place for a getaway. It has everything my husband and I wanted. You are 20 minutes from Maggie Valley and Waynesville. 35 minutes from Asheville and 45 minutes from Gatlinburg. We are located where you can get to anywhere you need, but, also can enjoy the peace and tranquility of country living.
