The host replied quickly and had good directions on check in and out. The place is very clean, comfy and cozy. I loved staying there and had a great time.

It was a nice clean place. But the internet didnt work on ANY of the 3 rooms and our xbox. The bed in one of the rooms has sunken in alot. The other bed was comfy though!

Our girl trip

It covered our needs, but was missing a few things that would have been nice to have.(Toaster, coffee maker And hair dryer.)Enjoyed the quiet area and all the trees. It was a great location.I would stay there again.

Great stay!

Me and 3 other adults were attending something in downtown KC and were looking for somewhere affordable to stay, and this property was perfect! Clean, spacious, and affordable! The owner communicated well throughout our stay! Would definitely stay here again if we come back to KC!

Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access. Good price- but you get what you pay for. No coffee maker, no large skillet to cook, and no dinner plates. Second bedroom only has a very broken down mattress laying on the floor. Couch very uncomfortable.

Amazing stay!

Will stay here again the next time we are back to visit! Loved the vibe of the home! This is above and beyond what the description. Location is great. Definitely cost effective and way better than a hotel!

Great One Night Stay

Nice house with easy check in process and communicative host. A few minor issues like a broken toilet seat, or the main TV remote not working, but nothing serious.

The host did a good job communicating with us. We did have trouble with the heat while we were there and though she wasn’t able to get it fixed she did work with us to our satisfaction.

Thank you for your feedback and for being a pleasant guest. I’m sorry to hear about the issue with the heat during your stay. I did communicate with you right away and had someone ready to come fix the problem, but you preferred that I not send them. I also shared ahead of time that a new thermostat had been installed, and during your stay, the temperature was set at 66°F. When you mentioned wanting it closer to 70°F, I did my best to assist remotely and offered a refund of $75, which matched the range you requested. I truly appreciate your understanding and communication throughout your visit, and I’ll continue making improvements to ensure every guest has a comfortable experience.

Great location

This place was perfect for our stay! Easy parking and close to everything we wanted to do. Host was very quick to respond. We stayed in the smaller of the 2 bedrooms because we liked that bed better. Cute back patio. Would love to come back and see some sporting events.

Five star stay. Great property! Clean and cozy and full of all the necessary details. Very easy scheduling and access with no problems whatsoever. Latiesha was very accommodating and easy to work with. Will definitely stay here again.

A wonderful little two bedroom house

There are not pictures to do this house justice. The living room is cozy and the cleanliness of the house is spectacular. The beds are comfy enough, and the nights are quiet for a peaceful night sleep. The backyard is big with a beautiful view. I would stay here again.
