Don and Sally are the most AMAZING people on this whole planet. This home is GORGEOUS. filled with pride and love and ANTIQUESSSS!!!! and we are beyond lucky we were able to have this house as part of our stay!! Thank you for everything!!

Beautiful house located on the edge of a National Forest. Do not be thrown off by the off the beaten path satellite view. This is an awesome place and in reality is only about seven miles from Old Rt 66 and I-40, Also, it is an easy drive to either Flagstaff or Williams. There are six rooms and four full baths. Two of the rooms have two beds in them. Well stocked pantry if you need to raid it for coffee or snacks.

The house is beautifully put together. We had 4 generations staying for a few days and we had plenty of space to spread out, and hang out. We loved looking at all the antiques, and enjoyed how they were displayed. They had everything at the house we needed for our stay. Our grandsons ages 3 & 5 were very upset when it was time to leave.

Our guests had a 4 generation family get together. When they all left it looked as if 2 people stayed there, the house was soo clean. They followed the check out instructions perfectly, took care of the trash and turned the thermostats off. Thank you very much. These guests are welcome back anytime.

This was an exceptional accommodation, thoroughly equipped and highly recommended. The owners demonstrated outstanding hospitality, providing assistance even when we encountered difficulties accessing the lock box, and their helpfulness was truly appreciated. My family and I had a wonderful time here, and the abundance of entertainment options kept our children engaged throughout. I highly recommend this place.

This group got to together for a family get together and were wonderful guests. She communicated very well and promptly. She was very patient while we worked through the initial access into the house. She followed the checkout process, took care of the trash as requested and left the hand the grounds in great shape. They are welcome back at any time.

The house was big and spacious. Every room was decorated very nice. Felt like a home instead of a rental property. Loved the porch and outdoor area. Location was private and easy to find with the directions.

This location was perfect for our trip to the Grand Canyon and then after a long day at the park we relaxed by the cozy fire. House was spotless and the decor was amazing the attention to detail made this stay so relaxing Don was an amazing host and spott on with everything. Thank you for sharing your home.

We had a great experience! The place was really nice, very clean, and well maintained. Communication with the owners was excellent from start to finish, which made everything easy and stress-free. We had a wonderful time and found the home to be very family-friendly. We would absolutely stay here again.

This group were wonderful guests. We emailed back and forth before their arrival and worked out the details. They left the house in great shape, They read the info booklet because they left the beds, linens and towels as requested. They also took care of the trash as requested which is much appreciated. This house and property is even more beautiful than the photos in the listing. We hosted a small wedding here and it was the perfect venue. The host was super responsive to any questions and even cleared the road ahead of our visit to accommodate our large motorhome.Highly recommend this house for events or even a family reunion or vacation!

It was a pleasure to work this bride in preparation for her wedding day. She had a few requests as we did as well and it all worked out, even the weather. She was very responsive to any email/text I sent. They left the house and property in great shape and placed the trash right where it belongs. Ashley is welcome back anytime as well as any of her guests.

Our stay at the house was amazing! The hosts allowed us to have our wedding ceremony there, and the views were beautiful. The house was very clean, the hosts were very communicative and answered all our questions. At the house, we had many activities such as yard games, puzzles, board games, and plenty of books for kids. I also love that there were baby items on hand, and pet items (even though we did not have use for those). Just be cautious of the many steps and stairs; we definitely got our leg workout!

The host was so helpful and friendly and very accommodating to us and our event. We had our wedding there and it was absolutely perfect! Would recommend 10/10!!! House was incredible.

Family Christmas

Went for our family Christmas celebration and polar express. Although no phone reception, we enjoyed ourselves. Plenty of room inside and outside kids had fun on the property. Planning on going back again soon.

Completely charming!

This property is so impressive. Not only is the house built with attention to quality - great flooring and fixtures, sturdy, finish work superb - the care taken in decor is another level. Antiques! Genteel western all the way through.What a way to enjoy the area! We'd love to enjoy it again.

We absolutely loved this one-of-a-kind home near Williams, AZ! The home is full of unique antiques that give it so much character and charm—it’s like stepping into a cozy, historic treasure trove while still feeling modern and comfortable, there was so much to look at and a garage full of fun games to play.Sitting on a generous 5 acres, the land feels private yet peaceful, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. It’s surprisingly close to town (super convenient for dining, shops, and Route 66 vibes), and the nearby trails are fantastic for UTV riding—we had a blast exploring them.This place is ideal for families: lots of space, multiple rooms, and bathrooms, and that welcoming, homey feel that made it easy to relax and enjoy quality time together. We all agreed it was a highlight of our trip.The host was outstanding—very communicative, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful, which made everything run perfectly. No issues at all.Highly recommend this special spot for anyone wanting a unique, memorable stay near the Grand Canyon / Route 66 / Williams area. We can’t wait to come back!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! This home was absolutely perfect—not only for our wedding weekend but also for hosting our reception. The setting is beautiful, private, and had plenty of space for our family and friends to gather comfortably. The patios and outdoor areas created the most amazing backdrop, and we were able to dance, celebrate, and enjoy the mountain air all evening long.Inside, the house was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. The layout worked so well for both relaxing downtime and entertaining. The owners were so kind, responsive, and easy to work with, which gave us peace of mind during such an important weekend.We’ll always remember this house as the place where we celebrated becoming husband and wife. If you’re looking for a Flagstaff getaway or a gathering spot for something special, this Vrbo is truly a gem. We’re so grateful to have found it and can’t recommend it enough!

This couple rented our property for a wedding reception. They read and followed our guide book, took care of the trash as asked and exactly followed the check out procedure. We requested they rent a portable toilet for the day of the event which they did without a complaint. They cleaned up after the event and left the house in tip top shape. I certainly hope they come back for their anniversary celebration.

The host is very communicative and friendly. The house is just beautiful and it fit our party of 7 with ease. Wonderful antiques everywhere, but don’t be fooled - it has tons of modern amenities that made our stay perfect. From the instant we opened the front door it felt inviting and cozy. We didn’t even get to the fun stuff in the super clean and organized garage because we were so happy inside of the house! There is lots to do, a ton of table space for eating and playing games, the kitchen is fantastic and made making meals for the family a cinch. The bedrooms are cozy with even more antiques, the bathrooms are super clean and modern. I do wish some more of the antiques had a card or placard giving the time period and some fun facts, but that in no way detracts from the ambience - that’s just to satisfy my own curiosity. The landscape is lovely and it was very quiet. The checkout process was very simple and straightforward. I highly recommend this rental, we had an amazing 3 days there.

Amazing!

This is one the best places we've stayed at. It had plenty of rooms for our family of 13 and super spacious. The best feauture was the patio where we spent most of our time cooking and around the campfire. The house provided tables and chairs that we were able to set up to all have breakfast and dinner together outside. We felt safe and the kids enjoyed running around the property grounds. There was also a nearby short trail that led us to amazing mountain views. This home is great for families and perfect relaxing place to disconnect from the outside world. The home also provided the main necessities. The decor was very unique and nice to look at. The owner, Don, was pleasant to talk to. He was very nice and always available.

It won't disappoint, it's amazing!

Our family enjoyed all areas and aspects of this very beautiful and spacious home. With 14 of us, the 4 restrooms were a major plus. The kitchen has everything you need and more, our breakfasts were wonderful, and the grill and Blackstone flattop were put to use for big dinners. We played games (ping pong, corn hole, connect four, foosball, cards, taboo), cooked, hung out, sat around the fire and made smores, we enjoyed the outside weather and spent time with each other for a change. Without even expecting it, we engaged with each other in a way we never expected. No phones, without asking. I love old, history and antiques, and in my own words, this home is decorated so beautifully that it is inspiring and jaw-dropping. I'm so glad that Don and his family have decided to share their home and that we got to experience it. Their way of styling and details around all corners made my heart smile and took my breath away. Dancing on the patio and enjoying the evening together, all because we picked the right home!! I promise, you won't be disappointed with your choice here. As for us, we will definitely be back!!Don, Emily, and Mrs. Don, thank you for the wonderful time in your beautiful home!!

Wow! I am blown away! The Mountain Time Manor exceeded my expectations handily. Group travel can be stressful but Don our host was well equipped. He was communicative, thoughtful, and laid out everything reasonably and clearly both in the app and in a physical binder. The house is pristine and highly curated. Plenty of space, expertly styled, and very comfortable. So many great gathering spots with the garage game room, patio, or wraparound porch. I really loved the upstairs and some younger guests loved the setup and privacy. The house was well marked but be prepared for some loss of signal at least initially. Once we were in on the wifi it as fine but take some screenshots of any addresses or key codes. The house is very centrally located but far enough from the highway to have no traffic sounds. It was quite peaceful and wonderfully wooded with deer, horses, and nature all around. We were able to see Williams, Sedona, Flagstaff, and The Grand Canyon on the trip. The house was a perfect home-base for our needs.This is a great rental for any group looking to relax or see some sights. IT has it all! Very well stocked home with enough towels, plates, and other household goods for the full 14 people. IT really made a difference with the nearest grocery store a little farther out. Don is obviously a very hospitable and experienced host.

These guests had a family reunion at the house. Communication was critical and she was prompt and spot on. They were accomadating when deliveries were needed and prompty reported an air conditioning mishap and also assisted in the cleanup. The house was left in very good condition as if they were there for a weekend visit instead of their 10 day stay. They perfectly followed the checkout instructions. It was a pleasure to host them and they are always welcome back.
