Everything was wonderful! We came with 2 other couples and it was perfect! Anita was very helpful! We were a little disappointed there wasn’t an iron or ironing board, or a full length mirror! Otherwise it was a beautiful stay! Anita gave us permission to leave our perishables in the fridge even after checkout while we visited Grand Canyon village! Very hospitable! Thank you Anita

We had the best time on our Grand Canyon adventure thanks to this beautiful home serving as home base. Anita went above and beyond as a host to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She even reached out in advance to let us know where to plan on finding the closest groceries. The house was stocked with everything we needed to cook real meals and prep accordingly for our daily adventures. At night, the family room is perfect for recovery and the porch has amazing sunset views. Highly recommend this property and would stay again!

Great place to spend some time before and after a trip to the Grand Canyon. Comfortable beds, great living space, well stocked kitchen. Great for a family with kids. Master bedroom is very large, the other two bedrooms are nice size and share a bathroom

This house met all our expectations and more! The hot tub after a day of hiking was amazing as well as the sunsets! Will definitely be back. The hosts were amazing and quick to answer any questions we had. The road to the house was interesting, but our sedan did just fine and it was worth it, our view was spectacular.

Perfect Spot

The house was a great location for relaxing and a trip to the Grand Canyon. Plenty of space for our family of six people and the sunsets were wonderful!

This was the 4th time we’ve stayed at this home. The location, the views, and the house are amazing. Very secluded and quiet. Anita and Alex are great hosts … super easy to work with and super responsive.

Excellent stay

Beautiful area and home. 1 hour out of Grand Canyon, which we truly enjoyed coming to a peaceful home after busy days. Spacious, clean and had all the amenities needed.

The views from the property are as advertised. To our pleasant surprise the interior has a lot of upgrades in regards to the appliances and furniture, compared to the photos in the listing. We had a great weekend at this home.

Totally recommend this home for any large group wanting to visit the Grand Canyon. The landscapes, the beautiful interior, incredible views and cozy atmosphere made it the perfect stay. It is less than a 1h drive to the national park, so it worked perfect for our day trip to the canyon. The host was very helpful and informational. 10/10 recommend

This was an awesome getaway, way out in the country in the Southwest. The gravel road was quite long with several turn offs. I would definitely recommend arrival before dark and go slow. The house was awesome. The views, well, I just couldn't get enough. No light pollution, we could see the stars clearly. The views made us want to cancel the plans we had made at other VRBOs elsewhere in the southwest and stay here for the whole trip but we couldn't. The power did go out while we were there but the owners were very responsive, keeping us in the loop as we waited. We simply made use of the grill! Just know its a mountain home in an arid climate. As long as you understand that, you'll have a great time.

Our family enjoyed our time here. An hour away from Grand Canyon, close to Williams and Flagstaff. The location and views were great. The house was on the outskirts of Williams. So easy drive to bearcaz and canyon coaster. But away from people

This was a beautiful property, communication was excellent if you needed to get ahold of the owner there was not an issue. I would highly recommend this place for your stay around Flagstaff.

Amazing view with room to relax.

Overall we had a perfect stay. The view from patio is great! Although we didn't get to use the patio much due to it snowing!! It was beautiful to see Williams with a blanket of snow. If you're visiting the Grand Canyon or Williams this is a MUST stay location.

Perfect Base Camp

Our stay at Anita’s place was awesome. Perfect base camp for Grand Canyon, Sedona, and Petrified Forest. The daily sunsets and time in the hot tub were the best ending to our hiking days. Highly recommend. Thank you Anita.

Perfect/Stunning property!!

We could not have asked for a better experience and location! Anita was amazing and very quick to respond when/if we needed information. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do in Williams and the Grand Canyon! Super quiet, beautiful views and stars upon stars at night! We will absolutely recommend to anyone traveling to the area, and hope to get back again one day!

Grand Visit

The home and house were comfortable. Everything was as described. Had a wonderful relaxing time with family and my dog for my birthday. Had a great time at the place while seeing Grand Canyon, Sedona, Wiiliams and Flagstaff.
